In this Section the term "pellets" means products which have been agglomerated either directly by compression or by the addition of a binder in a proportion not exceeding 3% by weight. قسمت دوم محصوالت نباتی )Pellets( به محصوالت عرضه شده به يادداشتها. 1 در اين قسمت اصطالح "گلوله يا حبه" شكل استوانه گلولهكوچكو همانند اطالقميشودكهخواه فقط با فشار وخواه با افزودنيكچسبانندهكه نسبت وزني آن از 3 درصد بيشتر نباشد "به ه فشرده" )Agglomerated( شده باشد. Notes. Chapter 6 Live trees and other plants; bulbs, roots and the like; cut flowers and ornamental foliage 1. Subject to the second part of heading 06.01, this Chapter covers only live trees and goods (including seedling vegetables) of a kind commonly supplied by nursery gardeners or florists for planting or for ornamental use; nevertheless it does not include potatoes, onions, shallots, garlic or other products of Chapter Any reference in heading or to goods of any kind shall be construed as including a reference to bouquets, floral baskets, wreaths and similar articles made wholly or partly of goods of that kind, account not being taken of accessories of other materials. However, these headings do not include collages or similar decorative plaques of heading Explanatory remarks to Chapter 6 1. Importation is subject to the observance of Article 11 of the Plant Protection Law adopted in The entry of seeds and plants which, according to the export documents of the country of origin, have been identified as genetically modified shall be subject to the approbation of the Environment Protection Organization in terms of any environmental dangers. 3. The exportation of seeds and saplings on a commercial scale shall be subject to a certificate obtained from the Institute for the Research, Registration and certification of seed and sapling and to compliance with the quarantine regulations. 4. import and export of genetic transformed living creatures and transgenic products bound to save national, security and biological legal provisions with the previous authorization of ministry of jihad agricultural. فصل 6 نباتات زنده و محصوالت گلكاري درختان و ساير گياهان زنده پيازها ريشهها و همانند گلهاي بريده شده و شاخ يادداشتها. و برگهاي تزئينی اين فصل منحصرا شامل محصوالتي ميشود 1 با رعايت جزء دوم شماره كه معموال بهوسيله درختكاران نهالكاران ياگلكاران به منظوركشتيا زينت عرضه ميشود ولي سيبزميني پياز خوراكي سير موسير خوراكي و ساير محصوالت فصل 7 از اين فصل مستثني ميشوند. 2 دسته گل سبد گل تاج گل و ساير اشياء همانند به گلها يا برگهاي مككور يا در شمارههاي 13 تشبيه ميگردد و متفرعاتي از مواد ديگر كه در آن بهكار رفته در نظر گرفته نميشود. با اين حال اين شمارهها شامل كوالژها )Collages( و تابلوهاي تزئيني مشابه مشمول شماره 77 نميگردند. مندرجات ذيل يادداشت فصل 6 1 ورود موكول به رعايت ماده 00 قانون حفظ نباتات مصوب 0300 ميباشد. 2- ورود بكر و نباتات كه در اسناد صدور كشور مبدأ مشخصا دستورزيشده محسوب ميشوند يعني با ت ييرات ژنتيكي توليد شدهاند از لحار بررسي خطرات زيستمحيطي موكول به تاييد سازمان حفاظت محيط زيست ميباشد. 3- صدور بكر و نهال در مقياس تجاري منوط به اخك گواهي از مؤسسه تحقيقات ثبت و گواهي بكر و نهال و با رعايت مقررات قرنطينه ميباشد. ورود و صدور موجودات زنده ت يير شكل يافته ژنتيكي و محصوالت تراريخته ملزم به رعايت مفاد قانون م ل ي ا ي م ن ي ز ي س ت ي ب ا ك س ب م ج و ز ق ب ل ي ا ز و ز ا ر ت ج ه ا د كشاورزي ميباشد. -4

This Chapter does not cover forage products of heading In headings 07.09, 07., and the word "vegetables" includes edible mushrooms, truffles, olives, capers, marrows, pumpkins, aubergines, sweet corn [Zea mays var. saccharata], fruits of the genus Capsicum or of the genus Pimenta, fennel, parsley, chervil, tarragon, cress and sweet marjoram (Majorana hortensis or Origanum majorana). 3. Heading covers all dried vegetables of the kinds falling in headings to 07.11, other than: (a) dried leguminous vegetables, shelled (heading 07.13); (b) sweet corn in the forms specified in headings to 11.04; (c) flour, meal, powder, flakes, granules and pellets of potatoes (heading 11.0); (d) flour, meal and powder of the dried leguminous vegetables of heading (heading 11.06). 4. This Chapter does not cover inedible nuts or fruits. 2. Chilled fruits and nuts are to be classified in the same headings as the corresponding fresh fruits and nuts. 3. This Chapter does not cover: (a) Roasted malt put up as coffee substitutes (heading or 21.01); (b) Prepared flours, groats, meals or starches of heading 19.01; (c) Corn flakes or other products of heading 19.04; (d) Vegetables, prepared or preserved, of heading.01,.04 or.0; (e) Pharmaceutical products (Chapter 30); or (f) Starches having the character of perfumery, cosmetic or toilet preparations (Chapter 33). 2.
