3 At Peach Croft Farm our aim is, and always has been, to provide top quality food for the most delicious festive meals. We pride ourselves on the traditional methods we have been using throughout the decades to raise our award winning birds. Recently our turkeys won the best chef s rating (5/5) in The Times. During the day, our small flocks of free range turkeys and geese enjoy the freedom to roam in grassy paddocks and fields around the farm. At night they are bedded down on our own fresh straw. Grown naturally and slowly to full maturity, they enjoy a completely natural diet that includes our home-grown cereals. Perhaps it is because we take such care and pride in nurturing them that Peach Croft Farm birds are renowned for their excellent flavour and goodness. A sentiment continually echoed by our many loyal customers in Oxfordshire and beyond. You can be confident in the quality of our food production. Because we are members of the Traditional Farmfresh Turkey Association and the British Goose Producers Association, our farm is independently inspected, verifying that all Peach Croft Poultry are raised to the highest standards and in the best welfare conditions. 5 Turkey At Peach Croft Farm we consistently produce the finest tasting poultry Our delicious award winning oven-ready Turkeys couldn t be easier to prepare. They arrive in a convenient carry-home box, complete with detailed cooking instructions and recipe leaflet. We have tried to think of everything including the finishing touch of fresh herbs. Available from Thanksgiving through to Christmas, choose from either Peach Croft Free Range Bronze Turkeys available in weights 5kgs to 11kgs, or, Peach Croft Traditionally Reared White Turkeys available in weights 4kgs to 11kgs. Both are delicious. Turkey Crown These specially prepared Peach Croft Farm Turkey Crowns weigh 3kgs to 6kgs. This is an easy carving joint containing only the most succulent breast and wing meat on the bone. Boneless Rolled Joint This boneless rolled turkey joint includes the dark succulent thigh and leg meat as well as white breast meat. Conveniently tied with string and easy to cook and carve. They grow slowly to full maturity, fed only on a natural diet and are available from Michaelmas through to the end of December. 8 Smoked Salmon Salmon is recognised as the King of Fish, and this Christmas, we at Peach Croft Farm are able to offer you smoked salmon from the renowned independent, family-based Severn and Wye Smokery. Situated on the estuaries of two of the finest salmon rivers, the Severn and the Wye, they have been producing the highest quality traditionally smoked salmon for over 40 years. 9 Royal Roast Try something entirely different this Christmas and sample our unique Royal Roast. Available from mid-november, this delicious product contains only the very best free range goose, chicken and wild pheasant, and is boneless and rolled. 12 Pillows at Peach Croft A luxurious traditional pillow for Christmas which can be enjoyed for years. For over twenty years, we have been making Goose feather and down pillows from our own free-range geese. Our pillows are filled with 100% goose feather and down, making a high quality product which responds well to plumping-up. The covers are made of 100% cotton pillow ticking and now have a 100% cotton lining, ensuring complete proofing. There is a choice of white pillows and a small range of striped, coloured pillows (traditional rail-stripe ). A smaller Travel/Holiday pillow is also available, which will flat-pack to approximately 3cms. thick in a well filled suitcase or backpack.
