10 Kiosk - Product Outage Food Prize Redemptions via the Kiosk Kiosk - Product Outage The download for will activate ALL 4 Sandwiches from launch; this will require management via the Product Outage settings on the Kiosk to select the correct sandwich being sold. The product codes can be found under the help button on the tills; only the sandwich itself needs to be de-activated as this will then automatically de-activate the meal options. Please follow the below simple steps to create a product outage: 1. Enter kiosk menu through the till and select Product Outage 2. Select Product Code and enter the product code in the pop up box 3. Select the product in the bottom left hand box then click on move selected 4. This item then moves over to the outage products box 5. When you are happy with your selections, press OK Sandwiches will remain de-activated until you re-activate them. Note: To avoid customer disappointment, promotional home screen imagery will also be linked to product outage. Any issues, contact itsc Helpdesk on

To celebrate longer days and bluer skies, this year we re launching an exciting new drink: The Raspberry Ripple Iced Cooler. This cool and creamy drink will launch alongside two of our McCafé Iced favourites: Frozen Strawberry Lemonade and the Belgian Chocolate Honeycomb Iced Frappe. The campaign will be supported across every channel, including TV, Press, Outdoor, Radio, Digital and Social. Each drink will be heroed separately in bursts throughout the summer, starting with Raspberry Ripple on the 22nd May. Each touchpoint will have weather reactive capabilities, allowing us to ensure that McCafé Iced is top of mind on the hottest of summer days. InFocus *School dates will differ depending on region. 14 Competitors Our competitors are really busy talking to their customers online and tempting them into their restaurants with value offers. Delivery: KFC are advertising the new delivery service being tested at the Gloucester Road restaurant in South Kensington. The Colonel s Club: KFC are advertising their Colonel s club online. Customers collect stamps with every purchase over 3 and can then swap the stamp for free food and drink, plus exclusive offers from KFC. Pick N Mix: Domino s are advertising their new Pick N Mix offer online. Customers can purchase any large pizza, any Chicken side, any other side and 2 x 500ml bottle of drinks for InFocus Subcard: Subway have introduced a new incentive for its customers called the SUBCARD. Customers get points every time they buy something in any participating store and can then swap their points for products. SubSquad: Customers can boost their SUBCARD points and earn rewards even faster with their friends! Up to 8 friends can join forces and earn 50 bonus SUBCARD points every time they make a purchase within 4 hours of another SQUAD member. That's on top of the points they would normally receive for the purchase. Lindt Hot Chocolate: Costa have teamed up with master chocolatiers, Lindt, to bring back a delectable chocolate option. The luxurious Lindt Hot Chocolate did appear on their 2016 Christmas menu.
