Thank you to all of our judges This year we had 16 judges for the Smallgoods and Butcher s Choice Competitions, 15 for the Metropolitan & Regional Competitions and 4 for the South Australian Sausage King Grand Final. With 230 Smallgoods products and 214 Sausages across the state it is a very big job to judge them all. This year we also had 15 Butcher s Choice entries to judge. We could not have such a great competition without such dedicated judges.
