This dish can be cooked mild, medium or hot. 28. Creamy Curry (Gang Panang) A slowly simmered curry consisting of Panang curry paste cooked with your choice of meat, French beans, pumpkin and capsicum topped with finely sliced lime kaffir leaves and a dash of coconut milk. 29. Roasted Duck Curry (Gang Ped Yarng) A country-style dish, cooked with roasted duck curry in a red curry with selected vegetables and pineapple pieces for that extra country style flavour. 30.
