Celebrity interviews are conducted throughout the day as well as friendly interaction among chefs and their peers. MEET THE MASTERS During the 45 minute long demos, mixologists put their knowledge to the glass. These enthusiasts create exceptional wine, beer and spirit pairings with savory treats. A delight to the taste buds! Festival favorite is the return of the Meet the Masters panel hosted by the Today Show s Kathie Lee Gifford. Guests get the chance to learn more about their favorite celebrity chefs during the discussion Panel included: Mary Giuliani, Alex Guarnaschelli, Adam Richman & Scott Conant. TOP BARTENDER SHOWDOWN The best bartenders curate their signature cocktails to compete and be crowned Cocktail-Master. An esteemed panel of judges evaluate the contestants offerings, while guests sample all of the creations and vote for the People s Choice, held in the Empire City Casino Tent. THE TAILGATE PARTY Flame get hot in the Grill Master tent as the crowd gets a taste of BBQ, wood-fired pizzas and more! Not only do guests get to sample delicious barbeque, they learn how to prepare and grill during specialty demos throughout the day.
