Monies paid for non-arrivals are forfeited and cannot be transferred to cover food, drinks, entertainment or overnight accommodation for other members of the party. Cheques will only be accepted by prior arrangement, at least 14 working days prior to the event taking place to allow for funds to clear. All additional charges incurred during the event must be settled prior to departure. For groups over eight, the party organiser must make the group payment as this cannot be done by individual guests within the party.
