1 seasonal specials menu At the Warradale, we strive for excellence in food, beverage and service. The starting point for this is the best ingredients and acknowledging that the seasons dictate how and what we use. The middle of winter brings the icy frost and the growing rate to its slowest for the whole year. Hearty, slow growing vegetables including beetroot, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, celeriac, horseradish, kale & radish are at their best, while it is the optimum time for fruits including lemons, limes, grapefruit, tangerines & rhubarb. We have also hit peak season for South Australian Oysters and King George Whiting. Braised Pork osso bucco is gently simmered in our Thai inpired sauce and is spicy!
