2 Towards greener cruises Professional staff and food prepared from high-quality ingredients ensure a successful cruise experience. We respect and enjoy the products in season, as fresh ingredients bring something real to the table. We aim at purchasing mushrooms, berries, herbs, salad ingredients, meat and fish from local producers. During the 2018 season, we are investing especially in organic products and beverages by award-winning Finnish drink producers. Onboard, our food is always served plated beautifully with place settings in line with the theme. In co-operation with Stromma s archipelago cruises serve foods designed and prepared by Juuri Tapahtumat. Taste. Origin. Passion. Finnish cuisine is a compilation of recipes from different regions, long traditions and fresh ideas. Juuri Ravintolat uses these elements when offering new flavour experiences to our customers. The cornerstones of our philosophy are locality, cleanliness and authenticity. Juuri Ravintolat s ideology has gained international attention, and it has now landed in the world of events and catering. Juuri Tapahtumat organises corporate and family celebrations of different sizes as well as largescale events with seasoned expertise. During the 2018 season, Juuri Tapahtumat sails together with Stromma in the Helsinki archipelago. Responsible delicacies Stromma is committed to promoting locally sourced fish and MSC certified ingredients. In practice, this means following WWF s sustainable seafood guidelines and serving no endangered species aboard Stromma ships. The prices are per person, including VAT 14/24%. Minimum order: 20 people.

11 GOOD TO KNOW All menus are for groups of more than 20 persons, and the same menu is served for the entire group. All our dishes are made with low-lactose dairy products. DRINKS ON BOARD All our ships are fully licensed. Our regular assortment of drinks includes the most common non-alcoholic drinks, beers, ciders, wines and spirits. To ensure the availability of drinks and glasses, drinks should be preordered. Drinks will be charged as consumed. DECORATIONS AND TABLECLOTHS Standard decorations of the buffet table and the ship are included in the price. Table napkins: paper napkins are included in the price of the menu. Tablecloths: elegant fabric tablecloths for dining tables and table napkins are charged separately. PREPARATIONS If you wish to make special preparations on board, you can arrive 30 minutes before the departure. It is not possible to remain on board after the cruise. The booking price includes the staff required for operating the ship and the serving staff (for buffet catering), the use of the presentation equipment, standard-level final cleaning, and tables and chairs for the number of persons notified at the time of booking. Menu prices include serving dishes and cutlery as well as tableware and glasses. Please book the menu and drinks to be served on board no later than two weeks before your cruise. Children s prices: children between from 5 to 12 with a 50% discount children under 5 free of charge Prices are inclusive of VAT; 14% for food and 24% for drinks and service. We reserve the right to change prices and products.
