1 The Whites 175ml 250ml Bottle 1 Sauvignon Blanc, Central Valley, Costa Vera, Chile This lively little Sauvignon is bursting with vibrant zesty citrus fruit and a hint of exotic guava. Hugely refreshing, this crisp and aromatic wine is endlessly quaffable. Year in year out the quality is consistent and it never disappoints. An award winning wine and its easy to see why. 2 Chardonnay, South Eastern, The Accomplice Australia The Accomplice: [Noun] A person or object that joins another in carrying out some plan. Chardonnay lovers prepare to make this your partner in wine. Lifted aromas of peach and nectarine are complemented with some very subtle vanillin oak. The palate is soft with a creamy texture and is balanced by fine acidity to give a clean and very long finish. 3 Pinot Grigio, Terre Degli Osci, IGT, Carlo Damiani This is a fantastic Pinot Grigio with a brilliant straw yellow colour, with a delicate bouquet of white acacia blossom, apricots and peaches, with more white orchard fruits on the palate. Natural acidity balances the subtle fruit flavours providing a gentle but lengthy finish with just a touch of spice. 4 Chenin Blanc, The Francophile, The Liberator South Africa As the name suggests this South African Chenin Blanc is made in the more traditional french style. Bursting with golden fruit flavours there is the faintest of influence of it s four year aging in wooden tanks. This is a marvellous example of the grape which South Africa has made it s own. 5 Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, Lawson s Dry Hills 2013/ New Zealand Beautiful ripe passion fruit and citrus aromas leap from the glass. The palate display's a full array of flavour's from passion fruit, lime and tropical fruits, through to gentle fresh green herbs. This wine is finely balanced, the dry palate has crisp acidity and a lovely minerality. 6 Riesling, Estate, Dr Loosen Germany This is a classic Riesling from the Mosel, characterised by a fragrant nose with a hint of honey and green apricot fruit. A blast of fruit on the initial palate gives way to intense minerality and crisp acidity. The cool climate of the Mosel is also the ideal setting for creating low alcohol wines and this Riesling is a great example; with just 8.5% alcohol.

2 175ml 250ml Bottle 7 Albariño, Zios, Rias Baixas, Lusco do Miño Spain Spain s answer to Chablis, this is one of the most exciting white wines to come from the country. It has a crisp minerality with a very powerful nose of spring flowers and white fruit such as peach and pear. Fresh with clean citrus flavours and a long enjoyable finish. 8 Sancere, Domaine Pierre et Alain Dezat Loire - The Loire Valley is the home of Sauvignon Blanc and produces wines which are much softer and completely different in style to the now famous vibrant, zingy Marlborough Sauvignons. Attractive mineral, apple, citrus and cut grass notes on the nose. Fresh, clean, youthful and precise on the palate with good intensity of apple and citrus fruit flavours leading to a fresh finish. 9 Gewurztraminer, Domaine Rolly-Gassmann Alsace Rolly Gassmann is nothing if not a perfectionist, this particular wine being testament to that. He released later vintages before this 2002 because he deemed it not ready. Beautifully concentrated aromatic flavours of lychee, rose petals and violets on the nose. The palate is full bodied with a lovely glycerine texture and some hints of apricot. The fine wines of Alsace do not get better than this! 10 Puligny Montrachet, Domaine Alain Chavy Burgundy - Pure and light of touch, with a sweet and sour interplay between fruit and minerality with a lively finish. A perfectly balanced white burgundy which oozes elegance and class. From one of the top producers in the region this iconic wine lives up to expectations. The Rose s 26 Pinot Grigio Rosato, Veneto, IGT, Ponte Pietra A lovely salmon-pink colour, this Rosato is fresh and crisp, with a delicious strawberry perfume which gives way to a vibrant cherry character on the palate. A savoury note adds depth and lively acidity gives the wine a fresh, crisp finish. Ripe strawberry perfumes on the finish. 27 Rosé de Triennes, Côtes du Provence This wine has a bouquet of strawberries and white flowers with hints of vanilla. It has the harmony and elegance that has earned world-wide appreciation of the rosés of Provence. Triennes rosé is delicate and elegant and is perfect for a sunny afternoon or an evening by the fire.

3 The Reds 175ml 250ml Bottle 11 Merlot, Central Valley, Costa Vera 2012/ Chile This easy-drinking wine comes from Chile's renowned Valle Central Region, where long hot days are followed by cool nights. This temperature difference ensures the grapes ripen slowly, so they develop maximum flavour. This is simply outstanding wine for the money, soft super-juicy ripe plummy fruit and a long full-flavoured finish. 12 Sangiovese-Primitivo, Figlia, IGT Puglia, Bella Modella, Sangiovese is the grape used in the famous Chianti, here blended with Primitivo (also known as Zinfandel) to produce a full bodied but intensely fruity wine with a touch of oak and a silky smooth character. 13 Shiraz, South Eastern, The Accomplice Australia An intense nose with fresh berry fruits integrating well with a touch of spice and vanillin oak. This is a medium bodied Shiraz that shows vibrant red currants and dark cherry flavours, showing a hint of sweetness. Smooth, soft oak tannins finishing with peppery spice. 14 Malbec, Reserve, Kaiken Argentina Named after a goose that migrates between Chile and Argentina, Kaiken is crafted by famed Chilean winemaker Aurelio Montes, who crossed the Andes to create this bold, beautifully balanced Malbec packed with blueberry, raspberry and chocolate flavours. A crowd-pleaser to pair with a hearty meat dish or to simply enjoy by itself. 15 Pinot Noir, Puy de Dome, Cave Saint Verny Loire - Very good quality Pinot Noir from the Loire valley which will run rings around many a Burgundy. It has a great purity of fruit and a subtle freshness. A real gem from a region more famed for it s white wines! 16 Carlos Reynolds Tinto, Julian Cuellar Reynolds Portugal Portugal is synonymous with fortified wines but their still wines are often over looked. This wine is a real find! Full bodied with a deep pomegranate colour and an outstanding bouquet effortlessly combining aromas of red berry fruits with delicate floral notes. It is an elegant, easy drinking wine. Go on, try something different!

4 175ml 250ml Bottle 17 Rioja, Reserva, Marqués de Murrieta Spain A real old world classic here. A big and spicy nose with cherries and faint mineral smoke entices you to a bold and powerful palate with flavours of dark fruit and subtle oak with hints of vanilla introduce by the use of oak casks. Silky smooth tannins envelop the mouth. Outstanding texture and balance are shown throughout. 18 Crozes Hermitage, Premier Regard, Domaine Melody, Rhone- From the Northern Rhone Valley this Iconic French wine is predominantly made from Syrah. There are spicy, minty, aromas with an oaky undertone. Quite gamey on the palate with hints of bacon and charcoal. There s a wonderful hit of dark fruit on the aftertaste which just keeps going and going. A serious wine and really something to get your teeth into! 19 Chateau Musar, Bekaa Valley, Lebanon Lebanese wine might seem obscure, but viticultural roots in Lebanon go back over 6000 years. Château Musar is a uniquely different wine from the Bekaa Valley, produced by master winemaker Serge Hochar. Concentrated plum and blackberry fruit, hints of fig, prune, distinct liquorice and spice. Firm but fine tannins, good acidity and body, vibrant and fresh with streaks of cedar and cinnamon with a long lingering finish. 20 Chateau Bourgneuf, Pomerol Bordeaux- Pomerol is a much-respected red wine appellation in the Bordeaux region of south-western and although it doesn t fit the usual template of a Bordeaux region it has managed to earn itself a place among the world's most revered wine producing regions. Pretty, floral notes on the nose with sweet cherry, kirsch and plums and a lovely savoury note adding complexity. On the palate, a sturdier, meatier wine expresses itself and with it, an old-fashioned honesty. Dessert Wine ½ Bottle 25 Chateau Partarrieu, Sauternes From the Most famous sweet wine producing region in the world this Sauternes offers a fantastic honeyed characters with fresh pears and lemon flavours which balance the sweetness with a crisp cut of acidity. A well balanced and rounded sweetie which will pair well with most desserts.

Gently foamy, just off dry and possessing an enticing, bright finish. 22 Magenta, Brut, Epernay NV Established by the Lombard family in 1925 in the village of Magenta near to Epernay, Champagne Lombard has been producing their top Cru (named after the village) with painstaking attention to detail ever since. Magenta is a minimum of 4 years old and uses mainly Pinot Noir in the blend which creates a wine of great elegance and depth of flavour. No wonder it has been our wine merchants house Champagne for over 30 years! 23 Louis Roederer, Brut Premier, Reims NV From the producers of the famous Cristal. Striking a perfect balance between youthfulness and maturity, seduction and character, vinosity and freshness, Brut Premier is a champagne that is harmonious and structured, elegant and lively, with a unique exuberancy. Its structured texture, richness, and length are distinct. 24 Cuvée Dom Perignon, Epernay A Champagne which needs little introduction! An iconic wine in the category, Cuvee Dom Perignon is a truly outstanding Champagne. Made from the very best grapes grown in a single year and still using techniques perfected by the monks of the Abbey of Hautvillers where Dom Perignon lived and strove to create the perfect wine.. Whilst every effort is made to supply the wines as listed, it may be that certain wines become unavailable, in which case a suitable alternative will be offered.
