The Members Room The Members Room is located within the heart of the Scottish Parliament and is reached via the Grand Stairs leading from the Garden Lobby.

2 The Members Room The Members Room is located within the heart of the Scottish Parliament and is reached via the Grand Stairs leading from the Garden Lobby. The Scottish Parliament building sits at the foot of Edinburgh s famous Royal Mile in front of the spectacular Holyrood Park. From the Members Room and outside Terrace guests can enjoy panoramic views of Salisbury Crags and the surrounding landscape where Enric Miralles, one of the world s premier architects, drew inspiration to develop the design of a building that he described as growing out of the land. A versatile venue, the Members Room is an ideal setting for champagne receptions, awards ceremonies and corporate dinners. With dividing partitions and bar area the Members Room offers flexible options. LAYOUT CAPACITY Reception 180 Seated Dinner 120 Whether dressing the venue, adding a sound system or lighting, our dedicated and experienced Events Team will work with you to create that special ambience. Our award winning catering team have created exquisite menus to include locally sourced food and fine wines. From a champagne reception to a prestigious dinner we have something to offer every event. Impress your guests by holding your event at this unique venue available to book on non-parliamentary business days including Mondays, Fridays, weekends and recess periods.
