7 Ordering Policies To provide you with the quality service, we request orders be placed at least 24 hours in advance. Five days notice for larger reception and dinner functions, this is to ensure the quality of service and product provided. A charge/deposit of 50% must be taken prior and up to 24 hours in advance A signature upon delivery of order will be required to confirm items received for invoicing purposes. Methods of payment are credit card or direct invoicing net 30 days of event. All service includes paper products and linen for the food and beverage tables only. All services will be executed as paper service unless prior arrangements have been made. All menu prices include all serving utensils, dishes and linens on food stations. Linens will be provided for all guest tables with the purchase of a meal, where required. Display and other tables may be dressed with tablecloths at $4.00 each or skirting at $12.00 each (plus HST). Some specialty colors are available please ask for pricing and availability at time of order. Any requirement to rent equipment (i.e. piping & draping, china & glass, fountains etc) for functions will be charged accordingly. Guarantee of attendance for all food orders is due three (3) business days prior to event significant fluctuations may be assessed for cancelation or late charges. An after hours labour charge may be added to orders requiring staffing before or after normal hours, extra labour fee is approx. $15.00 per hour. Charges determined by Food Services Director and business volumes. To ensure the health & safety of our guests, ARAMARK follows strict guidelines for food temperature, preparation and quality. To that end, leftover food may not be removed from the premises and perishable food items will only be left out to a maximum of two hours Cash Bars must realize a pre-tax sale minimum. Should this minimum not be met, the difference will be charged to the master account. Events up to 3 hours require a $200 minimum and events longer than 3 hours require a $400 minimum. Additional charges may be incurred for bars starting after 8pm, extra bar stations, or passed drinks.

8 Special request wines are subject to a $10 corkage fee per bottle plus HST. Special request bar spirits are available, unsold bottles to the nearest quarter (1/4) measure plus corkage, will be charged to master account. External Catering Requests Prices: Please fill out the an External Catering Request form. A charge/deposit of 50% must be taken prior and up to 24 hours in advance Cancellation Policy: All event cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full anticipated catering charge due to food and labour costs incurred. Event cancellations less than 1 weeks notice prior to the event will be charged a percentage of the total bill, up to 100% of total charge or discretion of Food Services Director, if special arrangements have been made i.e. specialty orders or rentals, and refunds are not available. Soloan Dining Hall: All-you-care-to-eat (AYCTE) dining is a perfect opportunity for your meeting group! This includes, hot and cold beverages, two hot entrees with vegetables and starch, salad bar, homemade soup station (2 varieties), ice cream selection, desserts and freshly made baked goods. Rates: Breakfast: Lunch: Dinner: Weekend Brunch: Our dining hall operates 7 days a week from September through to April. A minimum of 50 people is required to open the Soloan Dining Hall for meal periods throughout the rest of the season, however the occurrence of several groups booked at one time often waives this minimum.
