Any changes and variations must be made 48 hours prior to the event. Should changes occur after this time, charges may apply. PRICING Group bookings and functions in Heno & Rey, Ascua and The Loft Lounge & Bar are priced per person and does not include beverages. Beverages are on consumption basis only. Private dining in Gallery Meeting Suites is subject to a room hire cost, please contact us for a complete quote of your event. CONFIRMATION OF ATTENDANCE You are required to advise your final number of guests 48 hours prior to your event. Payment will be based on final numbers provided prior to your event or attendee numbers on the day, whichever is greater. MINIMUM SPENDS Event bookings may require a minimum spend based on the event requirements and when stipulated, events must adhere to the minimum spend required. Organisers are liable for the difference in the event of the minimum spend not being met. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations and variations can be made up to 48 hours prior to the event. Should an event be cancelled after this time, a full cancellation fee will be charged based on the minimum spend per guest. PAYMENT Payment must be finalised by cash or credit card on the day, at the conclusion of the event or prior to the event taking place. Please note by confirming your booking, you accept and understand our terms and conditions including minimum spend and cancellation policy.
