The client will be charged for the guaranteed number or the actual number served, whichever is greater. All pricing is subject to a 19% service charge and 5% GST. Due to fluctuating conditions and costs in our marketplace, menu pricing, service charges and tax may be subject to change. A deposit of 25% is required at the signing of the contract. The deposit will bebased on the estimated charges. Full payment, based on the estimated cost,must be received 72 business hours prior to the commencement of the function. This will be rebated, or paid out, after the actual bill is determined.
