2 Our Story THE PORTERHOUSE FAMILY RESTAURANT AND STEAKHOUSE BOASTS A PROUD HISTORY From humble beginnings in the 1990 s to a highly successful and multi-award winning restaurant today. The Porterhouse has been operating for the last 28 years. A family business run by owners, Steve and Iris Karzis, and their family. The owner s philosophy is: What I won t eat myself I won t serve my guests. All food is freshly prepared from scratch on the premises by experienced Porterhouse chefs under the supervision of the owners where fresh ingredients of the highest quality are used and no preservatives are added. The best quality lean, grain-fed beef is cut and aged on the premises by trained staff members and supervised by the owners. The Porterhouse strives to comply with the famous motto of No compromise on quality, value and service.
