2 Fee s, Service & Policy The Pine Lakes Country Club Rental Fee Saturday ~ $2000 Friday or Sunday ~ $1500 Weekdays ~ $1000 (+tax) Reduced fees may apply in non-peak months, and for morning events. This rental fee includes usage of the Magnolia and Azalea Ballrooms and the Snug Pub Bar, and also includes: Wedding cake cutting and plating service, bottle of champagne for bride and groom s toast, tables, gold chivari chairs, china, glassware, flatware, catering equipment, and standard table linens and napkins in white or ivory. Ceremony Fee ~ $700 (+tax) This fee includes the set up and breakdown of up to 200 chairs. Please add $8(+tax) per chair for those ceremonies exceeding 200. (accommodates up to 350 guests). Attendance Guarantees & Menu Selections Final menu selections are due thirty (30) days in advance of your function. Final attendance guarantees are due five (5) days prior to your event. The final guarantee is not subject to reduction should less attend. If the actual attendance is greater than the guaranteed number, charges will be incurred accordingly. Pine Lakes Country Club Alcohol Policy In accordance with state law, alcoholic beverages will not be served to any guest under the legal drinking age. All bars must be manned by Club staff, who reserve the right to refuse beverage service to any guest who appears intoxicated or who cannot produce proper identification. Identification will be requested of any guest of questionable age. Club policy prohibits consumption of shots. No alcohol may be brought in or taken from the event by any guest. All bars are limited to a maximum of five (5) hours beverage service whether they are cash or hosted. Pricing, Service Fee and Tax Menu prices are subject to change up to 90 days prior to your event date. Changes typically occur based on market fluctuations in food cost. Printed prices are inclusive of tax & service fee. Deposits and Billing A non-refundable deposit of $1000 is required to reserve your event date. This deposit will go towards your final bill, but is not refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance due (minus charges incurred during your event) must be paid three (3) business days prior to your event. Any charges incurred during your event are due within fifteen (15) days of your event. Personal Checks are not accepted within 10 business days of your event, but are welcome as payment method prior to then. A valid credit card is required for security, but does not have to be the method of payment. PLCC accepts cash, all major credit cards, and personal checks if submitted more than 10 days prior to your event. Cancellation Cancellations fees will be applied based on the terms prepared in the original contract for each function.
