8 TRACKSIDE STAFF At Damm Fine Food, we pride ourselves on successfully delivering our catering product matched with exceptional service. We have an absolute steadfast commitment to the ongoing training of all our employees who have a can-do, happy and fun attitude to their work. Trackside staff are all attired in crisp white shirts, black pants and smart cross over cantina style waiters aprons. Please note that all staff are entitled to a 30 minute lunch break during their full day shift.. Attention to detail, exemplary grooming and well briefed event staff are at the core of our success. All our staff hold Responsible Service of Alcohol certificates and follow these practices accordingly.
