Bartender Fee Included (Service Charge and State Tax will apply) Banquet & Catering Policies Cancellation The Cleveland Indians reserve the right to cancel or relocate any event under the following conditions: game time is changed, home game is rescheduled, field must undergo maintenance, or the Cleveland Indians host a public use event Progressive Field. If, due to one of the conditions mentioned, your event cannot be rescheduled or relocated, the Cleveland Indians will refund all deposits in full. If an event is cancelled by the client within 7 days of the event date, the client will incur 50% of the proposed charges. Deposits are nonrefundable should the event be cancelled at any time. Billing and Payment An agreeable form of payment must be agreed upon during the initial booking arrangement. Acceptable forms of payment include certified check or credit card. Payment for 50% of proposed charges is required seven (7) days prior to the event. The remaining balance will be required to be paid in full the day of the event by either certified check and/or credit card. Tax and Service Charge All food and beverage items are subject to an 18% service charge plus applicable sales tax. Sales tax of 7.75% is applicable. Tax-exempt groups must provide documentation ten (10) days prior to the event in order to ensure proper billing. Food & Beverage Minimums There is a 25 guest minimum for all events held at Progressive Field that require food and beverage. An event that does not meet the minimum requirements may be subject to additional charges. Food & Beverage Guarantees The client must notify us of the guaranteed number of people attending the event at least seven (7) business days prior to the event. If a final guarantee is not received on time, the number indicated on the working Banquet Event Order will be considered the correct and guaranteed number of guests. From the date the guarantee is provided, the number of attendees can increase, but not decrease. Buffet Service Buffet service is available for two (2) hours. An additional $2.00 per person will be charged for each additional hour the food is provided. Plated Service Selection of plated lunch or dinner service requires the client to provide place cards with your guest s selection of entrée.
