The menus that are included are merely samples and do not reflect the full body of our work. The existing menus which are set up in the frame work of a complete package can be mixed and matched with like items in an effort to achieve the perfect menu for your event. Second there are no single entrée menus in the packet, however, this can be achieved by removing an entrée and deducting $2.00 from the price of that menu. Also we offer gold or silver chargers for the head table and we butler service the head table. 4 The following is a list of services to be provided by HillHouse All menu prices reflect buffet style service however plated meals are available at an additional charge of $4.00 per person. Special service to the head table is provided with all meals this includes a designated server, linen tablecloths, glassware, and flatware and stemmed glasses. All prices are based on a 100 person minimum. All menus include white Chinet style place settings for your guest.
