1 INTRODUCTION TO PRIVATE DINING OUR SPACE Eastside was designed with versatility in mind and we re excited to have the opportunity to extend the same experience we offer in our dining room to guests hosting private events. Our private dining room has floor to ceiling windows, a garage door that partially opens into the dining room (if you d like), and a sliding glass farmhouse door that guests will enter through. We can accommodate up to 28 seated guests in our private dining room or 35 guests for standing receptions. Our chef s table is right next to our wood burning oven and has the best views of the kitchen in the entire restaurant. It can accommodate up to 14 seated guests. This space is flexible; we are happy to work with you in advance of your reservation to customize your experience however you d like. If you are interested in reserving the entire restaurant for a larger event, please let us know - our space is perfect for rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, corporate celebrations, and superbowl parties, just to name a few. Photos of the restaurant can be viewed at MENU Our menu focuses on updated American classics. We make choices that are good for our local farming community, as well as the environment whenever possible (which is almost always). Whether you re in the mood for an indulgent meal, something on the lighter side, or anything in between, we ve got you covered. Menu options for private events are laid out in the following pages; we are here to assist you if you have any questions or would like some guidance. BEVERAGES Just like a regular reservation in our dining room, all beverages (beer, cocktails, wine, non-alcoholic) will be charged on consumption. We strongly recommend working with our team to make wine selections in advance of your event to ensure that service is well timed and food is perfectly paired throughout the evening. PARKING We offer valet parking service for $8. Your guests may pay for this service individually, or we can add the total cost to your check at the end of the evening. Includes one side dish served family style* $65 per person TIER 3 FOUR COURSE MENU Customize a multi-course menu Soup, Salad, Entrée, Dessert - or - Soup or Salad, Entrée, Cheese Course, Dessert Your guests will choose one item for each course on the day of your event. Includes one side dish served family style. $75 per person TIER 4 FIVE COURSE TASTING MENU We can customize multi-course menus however you prefer. We recommend offering two courses of small plates (from regular menu), followed by large plates, a cheese course, and dessert. SIDES Additional $5 per extra side dish, per person BEVERAGES All beverages will be charged on consumption. We prefer to work with you on making wine selections for the evening in advance in order to ensure that guests are served in a timely manner and so that we have enough of your favorite wines in stock on the day of your event. Eastside is proud to work with farmers and suppliers who are highly conscious of the quality, sustainability, and seasonality of their products. Sometimes, this requires us to make changes to our menu with very little notice. We will always communicate changes in menu item availability and pricing as soon as we become aware of them; we appreciate your understanding of this.
