12 PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS & CONDITIONS TERMS & CONDITIONS If you have a date in mind, please let us know - a provisional booking will ensure the room is reserved. The hotel reserves the right to release a booking after 14 days, should a deposit not be received. After 14 days a deposit of is required to secure the date, this deposit is non refundable. 6 months before the event payment of 50% of the contracted minimum numbers is required, 3 months before payment of 25% is due then the remaining balance 6 weeks before. In the event of a booking being cancelled, all deposits will be lost. The minimum numbers for each event are stipulated in the pack, these form part of the terms and conditions of the booking. Final numbers and payment is required 28 days prior to the event. CANCELLATION In the unlikely event that you need to cancel at any time prior to the date, after you have confirmed your booking with us, you will be required to pay Worsley Park, A Marriott Hotel & Country Club, a cancellation fee in respect of the minimum numbers for your event as follows: over 133 days prior to the event - 10% of the estimated value of the function days prior to the event - 25% of the estimated value of the function days prior to the event - 50% of the estimated value of the function 8-29 days prior to the event - 80% of the estimated value of the function 7 or less days prior to the event - 98% of the estimated value of the function If the event is cancelled less than 3 working days before event the hotel is entitled to charge according to the final numbers if higher than the minimum number Prices are inclusive of VAT at the present rate.
