Our Gourmet Cold Sandwiches and wraps are $7 per person and you may choose a variety of up to 3 different types for 25 people and up to 4 different types for people. This choice is best for a diverse crowd with different tastes. Your guests will be impressed when they have their choice of drinks utilizing everything we stock. 1ST HOUR - $22 2ND HOUR - $20 HOUR 3+ - $18 Beer, Wine and Call Liquor The level above well liquor and below top shelf is home to brands termed call liquor. These brands enjoy celebrity status in the print media and television. You may recognize them from such classics as the Tanqueray martini, The Stoli and Soda, or the Cuba Libre featuring Bacardi. 1ST HOUR - $18 2ND HOUR - $16 HOUR 3+ - $14 The Havana Package Our most popular option includes bottled and draft beer and wine by the glass. The real crowd pleasers are included as well in the form of our famous Mojitos, plus our Little Havana house-recipe Margaritas and seasonal Sangrias. 1ST HOUR - $17 2ND HOUR - $15 HOUR 3+ - $13 The Beer, Wine and Well Liquor Package Well liquor is included in this option for simple alcoholic beverages such as gin and tonic or rum and coke. 1ST HOUR - $16 2ND HOUR - $14 HOUR 3+ - $12 The Beer and Wine Package This option includes our bottled and draft beer as well as selections from our rotating wine by the glass list. 1ST HOUR - $14 2ND HOUR - $12 HOUR 3+ - $10 Non-Alcoholic Package Sodas, coffee, juices and tea 3 HOURS - $3 per person No bar packages include shots. Any person deemed to be at an unsafe (disruptive) level of intoxication will not be served and may be removed from the premises.

9 CONTRACT DETAILS PRIVATE EVENT SPACES: Will be guaranteed to the client upon receipt of the deposit and signed contract. All spaces require a Food and Beverage minimum to be met. Additional room fees may apply if minimums are not met. Spaces are reserved for 4 hour time slots unless otherwise noted. DEPOSIT: a deposit of $200 or 30% of the contracted amount (whichever is greater) is required to confirm the reservation. The initial deposit may be made with a personal check, company check, credit card or cash. The deposit is deducted from the final bill on the day of the event. GUARANTEE: All events require final guest count/ menu revisions at least 3 business days in advance of the function. No reduction in guest count or menu items made be made within this time frame without Mgr approval. If we do not receive a guarantee the contracted amount will be charged. MENU: Menu selections, room arrangements and all other details should be finalized no later than 2 weeks prior to the function. Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include sales tax, gratuity or service charges. Outside food and beverage are not permitted on the premises without prior approval. CANCELLATION: If necessary, cancellations can be made and full deposit returned if notice is given within 30 days of the event. Full deposit will be forfeited if the required 30 (thirty) days is not given. PAYMENT: Final payment is due at the conclusion of the event and is payable in cash, credit card or pre-approved company check. Terms may be negotiated prior to the event for corporate functions. SECURITY: Havana Mgmt Inc. is not responsible for articles that are lost, stolen or forgotten during the course of the event unless security arrangements are made prior to the event. LIABILITY: In the event that the restaurant is unable to perform it s commitment because of physical shutdown, government restriction, natural disaster or any other cause; the restaurant shall be excused from the performance and may terminate this contract without liability of any kind.
