All packages are based on the minimum of drivers, if you have less on the day you will still be charged for what you booked for. Numbers need to be confirmed 7 business days before your event. Cancellation will only be allowed 72 hours prior to your event. Race packages: All Auscarts Christmas packages have a minimum number which you will need to pay for. If less drivers show up on the day, you are still liable. Upon making a booking you will receive the Auscarts event quote and contract. Auscarts requests a 25 % deposit to be paid with 5 business working days to hold and confirm your event booking. In failure to do so will result in your booking being cancelled. Auscarts requirements; All drivers must be 13 years of age to race 143cm tall Drivers need to wear comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes Drivers need to be 0.00 BAC to race and will be breathalysed before race session starts.
