8 Terms and Conditions Minimum age 13 years old. - Minimum Height 143cms. - Birthday party packages are only available if the birthday person is turning years old. - All drivers under the age of 18 require an indemnity form to be signed by a parent or guardian over the age of % deposit will be required within 5 business working days of booking the event. - Final Payment is due on the race day before commencement of racing. - Driving numbers can be decreased to minimum or increased to the maximum if the booking is an exclusive package. - Driving numbers must be confirmed and booked for the correct number of drivers if the booking is NOT an exclusive package. - Final Numbers must be confirmed 5 days prior to your booking. - No BYO food due to safety reasons. We must be notified if guests have allergies. - Catering must be ordered within 2 days prior to your race. Changes of numbers for catering will be accepted up to 48 hours prior to the function. Cancellations will be accepted up to 5 working days prior to the function or full charge will be applied. - All drivers are required to wear comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes. Helmets and hairnets are provided.
