1 Ambar Beograd Jovan Prvulović, Event Manager, Bojan Bočvarov, General Manager, Ambar offers a range of options for organizing private lunches and dinners for your upcoming business or social events. Our Event manager and our chef will be at your service and will create a menu and selection of drinks for your special event. Meet the traditional Balkan through an array of modern plates and special cocktails, relax and enjoy in Balkan modern tradition. This package contains a selection of food and beverages, which Ambar has for the organization of your cocktails, presentations, or business meeting in our modern ambience. Please review stated and carefully read all the instructions and details of the Agreement. All materials must be approved and signed by the Managers to complete the reservation.

2 Food selection Our concept is based on "family style" plates, and the idea is to serve all plates in a center of table so all the guests can share food. The shown prices are per person and include taxes. A tip for the servers and bartenders are not included in the price. You can add it to the package price, or you can pay it in cash. Beverage selection DRINK PACKAGES With food package you can also choose one of our drink packages which contain unlimited amount of drinks from particular package. Drink package will be available to your guests in duration of 3 hours from arranged time of beginning of your function. Every additional hour will be charged 30% from package price for the whole group or guest can order drink individually and pay regular bar prices. You can decide this during the event. Prices are per person and they include tax. Tips for servers are not included in the price, you add tips to the package price or pay in cash at the end of event. Our Event Manager will gladly answer any questions you may have. You can find the contact information for our Managers on the first page of this document. Reservation Policy: The space is not reserved until both parties accept all the details and sign the Ambar Private Event Agreement. Upon signing the contract, 50% of the total cost will be charged as a deposit to book the event. Guest Count: Any per-guest price for your event will be based on the Guest Count. This count is included in your contract and may be modified no later than 48-hours prior to your event. If fewer guests

7 attend your event than the count you provided, you will still be charged based on the Guest Count. If additional guests attend the event, you will be charged the same per-guest price for each additional guest. Ambar cannot guarantee space or food/beverages for guests beyond the Guest count. Outside Food: No outside food is allowed with the exception of desserts approved in advance by the Event Manager or General Manager. Only desserts produced by an authorized manufacturer, which can provide a declaration of quality, are allowed and can be served at Ambar. Outside desserts will incur a plating fee of 100rsd per guest. The number of guests for this fee is based on the Guest count, not the number of desserts served. Outside Drink: No outside alcohol is permitted with the exception of bottled wine approved in advance by the Event Manager or General Manager. For approved bottles, a corkage fee will be charged in the amount of 1200 rsd/btl. Renal policy: All of the gear and equipment, which the Host plans on using during the event must be agreed upon by Ambar Management. All the rental fees for such equipment, which Ambar agrees on paying, will be charged to the Host as a part of the final bill. Please note that per the Ambar Large Party Agreement, the event host is responsible for meeting a Minimum Spend amount as determined in the contract. If the food and beverage selections ordered do

8 not reach that Minimum Spend, the host will still be responsible for meeting that requirement by the end of the event via additional purchases, or will be obligated to pay the difference. The total bill will be reduced by the amount of the previously paid deposit.
