2 We established BBQ on Wheels in 1982 with the belief that quality and quantity are of equal importance. Today, we continue to stand behind our original beliefs. All of our salads are homemade and prepared fresh just for your party. We start with the finest ingredients and freshest produce. We feel this makes our salads better tasting than the ones that come in a carton, which have additives to keep them fresh. Not only do we believe in the quality of our salads, all of our meats are fresh. Our family has been in the meat business since We make our own polish sausage, italian sausage, and bratwurst and we make our hamburgers out of fresh ground beef. Quality is not the only thing we strive for when we cater your party, we don t want anyone to leave hungry. We supply at least 2/3 pound of meat and a minimum of 3 oz. of each salad per person. Let us cater your special day with the quality and quantity you deserve and the service you desire. TIPPING: We do NOT add a gratuity to your bill, as most caterers do. We leave the amount you would like to add at your discretion. The average amount of a tip for a cooked on site party is 10-20%. Drop-offs average $20. If you feel your service was above or below average please tip accordingly, and of course if your service was below average PLEASE call us to let us know how our staff performed. Here are some helpful questions to ask when you are looking for a caterer for your party: Q: Are the salads fresh or commercial made? A: All of our salads are made fresh & homemade. Q: How much salad do I get per person? A: BBQ on Wheels supplies a minimum of 3 oz. of each salad per person. Q: How much meat will I get per person? A: BBQ on Wheels supplies 2/3 pound of meat per person. Q: What do you supply? A: We include heavy duty plates, utensils, napkins, serving pans with serving spoons & tongs, condiments and bread. Buffet tables if needed Q: What is done with the left-over food? A: We put it in foil pans and cover with foil for you to take home Q: What does the price you give me include? A: Our price includes the chef, food, custom grill, and the charcoal needed to do the cooking. All we add is 7½% sales tax to the total bill. Gratuity amount is left up to your discretion. Just relax and let us do all the work! Q: Are you insured? A: BBQ on Wheels is fully insured. (certificate of insurance available on request)

I authorize BBQ on Wheels to implement plans for catering service arrangements as specified in this contract. BBQ on Wheels is not responsible for damage done to grass or parking surfaces and not held liable for failure to meet this agreement where failure is due to unforeseen accidents, failure of light, heat, or power. Prices and availability subject to change. TERMS OF PAYMENT: A $ non-refundable deposit is required with booking. 50% of total bill & final menu selections due 30 days prior to event date, non-refundable if cancelled. If an event is cancelled within 72 hours of the event date, you are responsible for full payment. Final count & balance is due 14 days before party.
