We are a small, family-run business that has been providing fresh, quality Asian cuisine since Hung, owner and head chef, first opened Asian Central in Salisbury with the aim of celebrating local produce and fresh flavours. With 16 years of experience under his belt and with the help of his lovely wife, Ha, and their daughter, Maria, Hung and his family are determined to share with you their passion for food.
