As your event arrival is important to us, we stagger the entrance times of our events. All care is taken to ensure this however we cannot guarantee exclusivity. additional services Please speak to your event coordinator for details of the following services: wedding cakes, endless theming and table centrepieces, ice sculptures, specialised theming, chocolate fondue fountain, champagne fountain, pyrotechnics, dry ice, novelty fruit and candy baskets, butterfly releases and dove releases. MASTER OF CEREMONIES: FROM $595 We are able to organise one of our professional MCs to take care of the running order for your event. We will provide you with a MC details sheet to be completed and forwarded to your MC for the evening. Price on application. Please note that there is an AV operator cost of $350 that will apply. BANDS/DJ/ENTERTAINMENT All bands, DJ s and entertainment for receptions taking place at Navarra Venues must be placed in the designated area. This provision will ensure no noise will travel between function rooms. Please ensure that you carefully select your bands/entertainment/ DJ to ensure that they will be able to fit all their equipment. Music cannot exceed 104 decibels due to noise monitor meters. CHILDREN S MENU: Ages 2-9 years: If children are seated at banquet tables, then a full adult rate will apply. If children are seated at a separate table, then a separate menu and price will apply. This will require a minimum spend of $950 for up to 10 children. Non-alcoholic beverages and full set up inclusive. DISC JOCKEY: $595 (Should you choose as a bonus inclusion) Our in-house DJ will be organised for the duration of your event, we will provide you with a DJ booking sheet with your event planner to be faxed to the DJ and he will correspond with you two weeks prior. EXTENSION OF EVENT Please enquire with your coordinator in regards to extending the time of your event. Please note the latest finishing time is 12am. LIGHTING EFFECTS: FROM $400-$1200 Tailored packages includes entrance, follow spot, cake, patterns and mood lighting. State-of-the-art lighting featured in some event rooms. STAFF MEALS If staff are seated at banquet tables, then full adult rate will apply If staff are seated at a separate table, then a separate menu and price will apply. This does not include wait staff. These charges are for video, photographer, band, MC and DJ crew (a minimun spend of $950 will be required for up to 10 staff). SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS Please note Zilver does not cater for special dietary requirements, however, should a menu be required to cater for special dietary requirements a minimum spend of $950 will be required. SOUND ENGINEER: $380 A sound engineer fee of $380 is applicable for outside contractors requiring the use of Navarra Venues quality sound system. If a DJ is provided by Navarra Venues this fee is not applicable. THEMING/STYLING Navarra Venues and team aims to assist you in all your planning needs and to help you create a theme to tie into your special event. A well thought out and executed theme can create a vibrant atmosphere and also add special excitement to your big day and help make your wedding event truly individual. Visit our Styling Studios for all the latest ideas and inspiration. WINE LIST Navarra Venues range of individually selected quality wines are constantly changing to suit the tastes of each season. Please consult your coordinator closer to the date of your event for a release of our selected wine list. DEPOSIT To confirm your event a venue deposit and a catering deposit will be required. * Complimentary wet weather option will be held on the grounds or rooms, subject to the discretion of venues management on the day
