2 CASK: CORE The three Bristol pump clips and bottle artwork are inspired by the classic Bristol Scroll that for generations proudly adorned our buses, trams and more. They stand out on the bar and are instantly recognisable, supplemented by snappy tasting notes. Bristol Blonde 3.8% abv Blonde, fresh, hoppy Multiple award-winning beer that s one of our best sellers. Brewed with generous quantities of USA Cascade and Amarillo hops for a fresh citrus aroma full of fresh lemons and spicy zest, crisp hoppy finish. Bristol Best 4.0% abv Copper, malty, moreish Full flavoured, smooth, rounded and deeply satisfying. After one, you ll reach for another! Based on an authentic Sixties recipe using all-british malt and hops this is a classic, easydrinking traditional Best Bitter. Bristol Gold 4.4% abv Golden, balanced, refreshing Well-balanced, refreshing, brewed with English Bramling Cross hops for a slightly spicy, fruity aroma. Rounded, easydrinking. All-British malt and hops. Easton IPA 4.4% abv Hazy blonde, fruity, hoppy New World Mosaic and Galaxy-hopped recipe that is clean, balanced and hoppy with delicious citrus and pine flavours. IPA in the lighter session style yet with punch and great drinkability. Unfined. Resolution IPA 5.0% abv Hazy Gold, rich, hoppy Our hallmark Anglo-American IPA made with the 3 Cs : Chinook, Cascade and Centennial hops. Mango aroma and full of tropical fruit flavours. Dangerously drinkable. Eyecatching design. Unfined.

Exceptionally well-balanced and moreish. Brewed in Leith in collaboration with our Edinburgh sister business, Steel Coulson. Unfined. Citra 4.5% abv Hazy gold, citrussy, hoppy Distinctively grapefruit in aroma; deliciously enticing. Rich, tropical fruit flavours and incredibly refreshing. For all lovers of New World hop beers. One of our varietal beers designed to showcase the hop characteristics. Unfined. Foresters Black 4.8% abv Dark, rich, smokey Best LocAle at CAMRA Bristol Beer Festival 2018 Award-winning oat smoked milk stout. Very distinctive and full-flavoured. Rich red fruits, coffee, spices and lingering smokey finish from speciality smoked malt. All British malt and hops. SNEAK PEEK - launching East Bristol Brewery Trail 4/5 May 2019 East Bristol Session Porter 3.8% abv Dark, smooth, fruity Brand new beer with deep red fruits and easy-drinking style. Although we don t use the M-word this would also be perfect as a dark, lightly-hopped beer if you are celebrating CAMRA s Mild Month of May

Si Dora 4.5% Hazy gold, hoppy, citrussy A blend of two American hop varieties, ever-popular Citra and the relatively new El Dorado for a juicy, fruity, delightfully citrus-scented hoppy taste. Unfined. Citra 4.5% abv Hazy gold, hoppy, citrussy A single-varietal US hopped for an approachable, citrusy beer. Unfined. Ultra 6.2% Hazy gold, rich, hoppy Multiple award-winning beer Hoppiest beer we ve brewed to date; a real humdinger of an IPA with huge depth of flavour. US/NZ hops inc masses of dry-hopping. Unfined. 5 BOTTLES KEG: SPECIALS All our bottles are bottle-conditioned real ales. Not filtered, pasteurised and artificially carbonated unlike most. They are filled from the cask brews; reseeded with a little sugar and left to condition before release. More time-consuming and expensive for sure - but more flavour! Ales bottled by us are in Eco-friendly lightweight British glass bottles - amber to protect from the light.
