2 CASK: CORE The three Bristol pump clips and bottle artwork are inspired by the classic Bristol Scroll that for generations proudly adorned our buses, trams and more. They stand out on the bar and are instantly recognisable, supplemented by snappy tasting notes. Bristol Blonde 3.8% abv Blonde, fresh, hoppy Multiple award-winning beer that s one of our best sellers. Brewed with generous quantities of USA Cascade and Amarillo hops for a fresh citrus aroma full of fresh lemons and spicy zest, crisp hoppy finish. Bristol Best 4.0% abv Copper, malty, moreish Full flavoured, smooth, rounded and deeply satisfying. After one, you ll reach for another! Based on an authentic Sixties recipe using all-british malt and hops this is a classic, easydrinking traditional Best Bitter. Bristol Gold 4.4% abv Golden, balanced, refreshing Well-balanced, refreshing, brewed with single variety English Bramling Cross hops for a slightly spicy, fruity aroma. Rounded, easy-drinking. All-British malt and hops. Easton IPA 4.4% abv Hazy blonde, fruity, hoppy New World Mosaic and Galaxy-hopped recipe that is clean, balanced and hoppy with delicious citrus and pine flavours. IPA in the lighter session style yet with punch and great drinkability. Unfined. Resolution IPA 5.0% abv Hazy Gold, rich, hoppy Our hallmark Anglo-American IPA made with the 3 Cs : Chinook, Cascade and Centennial hops. Mango aroma and full of tropical fruit flavours. Dangerously drinkable. Eyecatching design. Unfined.

3 Apple 4.8% med-dry, still Gluten free Proper cider produced for us in Somerset using 100% apples from family-owned orchards; no imported concentrate here! CIDER: CORE CASK: SPECIALS 4.5% Hazy gold, hoppy, citrussy A blend of two American hop varieties, ever-popular Citra and the new El Dorado for a juicy, fruity, delightfully citrus-scented hoppy taste. Unfined. Elderflower Blonde 3.8% abv Blonde, aromatic, fruity Generous quantities of elderflowers are steeped in this Cascade and Amarillo-hopped brew for a delightful aroma and quenching juiciness. Foresters Black Voted Best LocAle at CAMRA Bristol Festival % abv Dark, rich, smoky Award-winning oat smoked milk stout. Very distinctive and fullflavoured. Rich red fruits, coffee, spices and lingering smokey finish from speciality smoked malt. All British malt and hops. Supersonic Mach 2 4.5% abv Hazy blonde, hoppy, aromatic For the second year we ve been asked to brew this special beer for Aerospace Bristol; the new home of Concorde. Waimea/Kohatu NZ pale hops for a high-flying taste experience! 10p/pint donated to the charity Friese-Greene Launch 7 September: The Victoria, Clifton 4.5% abv Hazy blonde, citrus, bitter Collaboration with South West Silents for the birthday of Wm. FrieseGreene, a Bristolian pioneer of Cinema. New British hop Olicana that brings New World-style fruit and aromas with a satisfyingly bitter finish. Cascadia s Ghost 5.0% Dark, lightly hoppy, malty Special for Bristol Beer Week 8-15 Sept Unique Porter using US Cascade hops in balance with smooth roast malt; not a black IPA, something with definite hops yet more mellow to ease into Autumn. Easton Promise Special for Cask Ale Week September TBC% Hazy blonde, grassy, fresh The third harvest from our local hop growers that form the East Bristol Hops cooperative goes into this green or wet hop beer, brewed very quickly after picking for a fruity, super-fresh flavour. 4 KEG: CORE Kegs and bottles may be 0.1% abv stronger than the cask versions natural refermentation process. All prices are 30 litres + VAT What is Keg-Conditioned? Many keg beers are filtered, often pasteurised and force-carbonated to give them life. Our kegs are live ; they are filled from the cask, simply reseeded with a little sugar so they referment in the keg; just like a giant version of our bottles. Compared to cask they are served cooler and with more sparkle; this helps bring out the flavour; especially in the hoppier beers All our kegs are 30 litre Ecokegs made by a small firm in Wales Need 48-72hrs settling just like cask as they contain sediment Returnable - the outers are re-usable unlike many modern kegs. Ultra 6.2% Hazy gold, rich, hoppy Gold Regional Champion SIBA National Keg Award 2018 Premium Strong Hoppiest beer we ve brewed to date; a real humdinger of an IPA with huge depth of flavour. US/NZ hops inc masses of dry-hopping. Unfined. Friese-Greene 4.5% abv Hazy blonde, citrus, bitter New British hop Olicana that brings New World-style fruit and aromas with a satisyingly bitter finish. Available from September 7th Azacca 4.5% abv Hazy gold, aromatic, fruity Azacca, named after the Haitian god of agriculture, is a hop big in citrus and tropical fruit notes. Bold, fruity and hoppy beer. Unfined. IPL#2 Mandarina Bavaria 4.6% abv Hazy gold, aromatic, fresh India Pale Lager; intriguing twist on IPAs using new German hops grown in the aromatic, New World style. Second in a series. Unfined. 6 BOTTLES All our bottles are bottle-conditioned real ales. Not filtered, pasteurised and artificially carbonated unlike most. They are filled from the cask brews; reseeded with a little sugar and left to condition before release. More time-consuming and expensive for sure - but more flavour! Ales bottled by us are in Eco-friendly lightweight British glass bottles - amber to protect from the light. Complex tropical fruits, pine and pepper notes in perfect harmony. Unfined. Foresters Black 4.9% abv Dark, rich, smokey Gold Speciality Dark Bottled Beer at SIBA Maltings 2018 Bottled from the award-winning cask beer. Full-flavoured. Rich red fruits, coffee, spices, lingering smokey finish from the speciality smoked malt used. All British malt & hops. Unfined. Jarrylo 4.6% abv Hazy gold, fruity US Jarrylo hop (pronounced Jar-ril-low) is named after Jarilo, the Slavic god of fertility and springtime.
