4 STOUTS Imperfect Storm Eden Mill The storm of flavour begins with a full-bodied sweetness. Underlying roasted and raisin flavours then permeate the spicy hop profile. Store cold and drink fresh, this is a beer to enjoy on warm sunny days. Onyx Lawman Brewing Co. A full bodied, drinkable stout marked with a clean coffee bitterness and a dark chocolate finish. A warm hug for a cold, dark evening. 4.8% ABV per litre BITTERS & GOLDEN ALES Edinburgh Gold Stewart Brewing Pours deep gold with one finger of white head. On the nose is a complex blend of noble hops and a little caramel sweetness. The taste is medium to light bodied with continental hops and moderate bitterness providing a pleasing smooth finish. 4.8% ABV per litre David s Not So Bitter Spey Valley Brewery A simple, well balanced ruby ale with good body and plenty of hoppy aroma. It s not so dark, not so strong, and not so bitter just right! 4.4% ABV per litre Golden X Best Bitter Burnside Brewery Easy drinking with good body, this hand-crafted beer combines best quality Pale and Crystal malts married to a blend of hops including Columbus and Cascade, to deliver a fruity apricot and well hopped finish pure gold! 4.1% ABV per litre ml

5 RED ALES Red Rye Barney s Beer Six different malts including 3 types of rye go into making this toasty, fruity dark amber ale. The dried fruitiness of the rye is topped off with subtle additions of US and European hops. RED Bute Brew Co. A classic red ale with German malt and US Cascade and Summit hops. A beer with an assertive bitterness, refreshing caramel and toffee flavours and a sweet finish. 4.2% ABV per litre ml Old Jock Ale Broughton Ales A multiple award-winning strong and bold Scotch ale, a wee heavy with a rich, fruity, malty flavour and beautiful ruby red colour. 6.7% ABV per litre ml Ferry Witches Brew The Ferry Brewery A reddish copper ale with a nicely hopped flavour creating a wonderfully well balanced ale which any aspiring witch would be proud of. Daracha Inveralmond Brewery A ruby ale brewed with Amber malts and roast barley to give a dry, malty base beer with a lovely ruby red colour. The beer is then oak matured to impart flavours and aromas of toffee, vanilla and tobacco for a unique mellow, oak-malt character. 5.2% ABV per litre ml

6 LAGERS & PILSNERS Dundonian Pilsner 71 Brewing One that s sure to satisfy any pilsner purist, this crisp, golden session lager is as close to that which you might find in Bohemia. The finest Pilsner malt, Czech Saaz hops and Weihenstephan yeast bring you this remarkably balanced beer. The result is a perfectly rounded balance of thirst-quenching malt sweetness and soft rounded bitterness. 4.4% ABV per litre St. Mungo Lager WEST Named after the Patron Saint of Glasgow, who was a fellow brewer, St. Mungo is a traditional Bavarian Helles lager, complex yet very drinkable. The natural carbonation and firm crisp taste perfectly counters its malty body. 4.9% ABV per litre Eyeball Black Eyeball Brewing Smooth and complex, Eyeball Black showcases the flavours of the dark malts from which it is made: coffee, chocolate and dark toast. 4.9% ABV per litre Vienna Lager Merchant City Brewing Co. Lightly toasted Vienna and Munich malts give a copper colour and a complex, malty profile, which is perfectly balanced by the addition of 2 Noble Hops: Saaz from the Czech Republic and Tettnang from Germany, to give a classic, slightly spicy and floral aroma. 5.0% ABV per litre

7 BLONDE & WHEAT BEERS Yuzu Lemon Scurvy Old Worthy Brewing Co. Infused with Japanese whisky and yuzu marmalade, this witbier is elegantly refreshing with bright, fresh citrus notes, a light mouthfeel with mandarin bitterness finish. 5.5% ABV per litre Summer Cloud Born in the Borders Brewery Brewed with Amarillo hops for added citrus zing. The Born in the Borders Brewery is Scotland s only plough-to-pint microbrewery. They grow the barley, then brew their beer. 4.5% ABV per litre ml WHEAT BEER LOW ALCOHOL Nanny State Brewdog Brewing a full-flavoured craft beer at 0.5% ABV is no easy task. Packed with loads of Centennial, Amarillo, Ahtanum, Cascade and Simcoe Hops, it s dry hopped to the brink and back, Nanny State is a force to be reckoned with, to tantalise your taste buds and leave you yearning for more. 0.5% ABV per litre ml New World Odyssey Fallen Brewing A refreshing, easydrinking lager/pale ale crossover loaded with new world hops for a fruity aroma and slightly spicy citrussy flavour. 4.1% ABV per litre ml

8 Mid-Atlantic Edinbrew Rich tropical fruit and citrus tones from all American Citra, Chinook and Nugget hops, give this golden blonde transatlantic ale a punchy counterpoint to it s strictly European Bohemian Pilsner, Munich, pale and wheat malts. Blonde Black Isle Brewery A premium continental style craft lager brewed with the finest organic Hallertau hops for a mineral, light herbal and fresh cut grass aroma with a biscuity, crisp flavour. Hippy Chick Hybrid Brewing The finest Pale and Lager malts combine with Hybrid s all-american hop bill to create this approachable easy drinking ale. Floral and fruity notes, perfect for summer. 4.6% ABV per litre Outaspace Apple Ale Drygate Apples and ale get hitched to cosmic effect. An improbable concoction with a fairytale ending. Aromahopery with crunch! 4.7% ABV per litre ml

9 PALE ALES & IPAs Hurricane Windswept Brewing Co. A tropical salad of a beer! Pineapple, mango and tangerine on the nose, ripe stone fruits on the taste. Hurricane is a big, smooth, fruit IPA with a gentle, lingering bitterness. Soma IPA Tempest Brewing Co. Using a blend of New Zealand s Motueka and North America s Mosaic hops. Refreshingly light and tropical, with a smack of citrus, it pairs effortlessly with barbecued and grilled meats, to crispy fried food and Indian cuisine. 6.8% ABV per litre ml On The Road Beer Story This adventurous IPA explores the kicks and inspiration of floral and citrus hops grown on Uncle Sam s West Coast. The aroma is fresh, soft, sweet, oily orange, peach, and grapefruit. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter with a zesty finish. The yeast accentuates these bold hop flavours to deliver a big hop aroma and taste. 5.2% ABV per litre Gunnpowder IPA Innis & Gunn An explosion of aromas from Cascade, Centennial and Mandarina hops. Think orange, grapefruit and pine turned up to 11. Its fully charged, hoppy character is perfectly balanced by a sweetness from the Munich malt. 5.6% ABV per litre

10 First Day Session IPA Fyne Ales A session IPA with fruit hop flavours, enhanced with pear juice. Soft aromas of pear follow into the taste with a touch of mellow and a smooth finish. 5.0% ABV per litre Tropical Forres Speyside Brewery A hoppy delight with the taste and aroma of mango and grapefruit. Packed with Simcoe and Citra hops, this beer tastes like fruit juice! This is zingy, fresh and fruity. 4.9% ABV per litre Surf Exotic Pale Jaw Brew Exotic pale ale with a tangy flavour leading into a crisp dry finish, perfect for sunny days and barbecues, or to remind you of those when the weather turns for the worse. 4.3% ABV per litre ml Cranachan Killer FIERCE A toasted oat pale ale packed with local raspberries and honey. 5.5% ABV per litre Redact Williams Bros. Brewing Co. A crisp and delicate mouthfeel is balanced by the addition of red malts to give notes of sweet toffee and molasses, with an aromatic punch from Citra and Mosaic hops, introduced during the long conditioning process. 4.4% ABV per litre

11 Lerwick IPA Lerwick Brewery A traditional style of beer brewed with modern techniques to produce a flavour sensation. On the nose there is immediately the fruity American Cascade hops followed by malty caramel sweetness. These complex notes follow through to the palate where the beautiful balance of this 5% IPA really shines, finishing with citrus bitterness. 5.0% ABV per litre Whiteout Cromarty Brewing Co. A seriously hopped up session white IPA brewed with modern, classic hops such as Citra, Motueka and Mosaic. A smooth, wheat backbone helps support the hops around the body and creates an awesome straw haze to the beer. 3.8% ABV per litre Crail Ale St. Andrews Brewing Co. A fruity nose gives way to a refreshing citrus taste, crisp mouthfeel and smooth finish. The all American line up of Mount Hood, Wilamette and Columbus produce fruity character, balancing well with the caramel and biscuit flavours derived from the use of Munich malt. Complicated Maisie Pale Ale Ayr Brewing Co. Hoppy notes of mango, peach and passion fruit lead to a long, bittersweet finish. 4.3% ABV per litre
