4 BEERS Arran - Arran Guid Ale 3.8% A light beer that is clean and fresh in flavour but with presence. A truly fine beer brewed from only the purest water and natural ingredients, free of artificial additives or preservatives. Naturally. Broughton Ales - Merlins Ale 4.2% The truth of this legend will never be known; however, the magic of Merlin lives on in this golden, lightly hopped beer with a biscuit malt character, and a delicate melon hop aroma. As Merlin would say MAGIC! Broughton Ales - Hopopotamus IPA 3.8% Our HOPOPOTAMUS has a full flavoured natural punch of grassy hoppy gusto with a sharp zesty finish. A big beast beer generously hopped. Broughton Ales - Dark Dunter 4.8% The truth of this legend will never be known; however, it is irrefutable that the Dark Dunter is bursting of oatmeal and chocolate aromas, complemented by dark roasted malts and a rich aftertaste. Cairngorm - Stag 4.1% A mahogany coloured ale with medium to light body. Challenger and Fuggles hops are added plentifully giving initial bitterness that is then balanced by a caramel finish from the roast malts. Cairngorm - Wild cat 4.5% A smooth, deep amber coloured ale with a complex malt, fruit and hop flavour. Strong and distinctive like the powerful sleek Scottish Wildcat it is named after! Gavin Brown Contracts Campbells - Flintlock Golden 3.7% Session strength pale brewed to showcase the great American hop Amarillo. Amber malt is added to the mash to give an extra dimension and a biscuit base, then the zesty orange and pithy bitterness from the Amarillo takes you for a ride. Cromarty - Atlantic Drift 3.5% Session strength pale brewed to showcase the great American hop Amarillo. Amber malt is added to the mash to give an extra dimension and a biscuit base, then the zesty orange and pithy bitterness from the Amarillo takes you for a ride. Fyne Ales - Jarl 3.8% Light and golden colour with a strong citrus and hop aroma. Citrus and grassy hop flavours dominate the palate with a light and refreshing dry finish. A superbly drinkable beer. 5 BEERS Kelburn Brewery - Goldihops 3.8% A beer derived from years of practice searching for the perfect pint- Golden, hoppy, clean on the palate and leaving a long lingering after-taste that will haunt you until you quest for more. Kelburn Brewery - Dark Moor 4.5% Smooth, dark and dangerous, designed to warm the cockles of your heart. Although dark and and robust the aftertones of liquorice and blackcurrant make this an ale of complex character, not to be missed. **CHAMPION BEER OF SCOTLAND 2014** Moor. Lerwick - Azure 4.3% Azure celebrates our use of hops from either side of the Pacific. Rakau from New Zealand and Cascade from the USA. Light ale with a refreshingly floral and elderflower nose. The taste is a sweet, but not cloying, malt backbone punctuated with peach and tropical fruit flavours and a mild hop bitterness which ties everything together. Lerwick - Skippers Ticket 4.0% Brings together three nationalities of hops: the English East Kent Golding, the Czech Perle and the American Willamette. The resultant aroma is a beguiling combination of nuts, spices and floral notes, it matches its exotic aroma with a depth of dark fruits, caramel and earthy spice on the palate and a well-rounded bitterness to finish. Loch Leven - Pale Alice 4.0% A refreshing craft lager style, quite malty, pale yellow in colour, well balanced with a subtle noble/kettle hop aroma. Keith MacGillivary Loch Leven - Cool Roy 3.8% A refreshingly bitter golden coloured ale, with some malty character and a prominent intense fruity dry hop aroma. Loch Lomond Brewery - West Highland way 3.7% A tropical pale ale. A stone fruit aroma leads to a citrus flavour that is rounded off with a clean and refreshing finish. Swannay - Scapa 4.2% Swannay s flagship beer, a classic pale ale. 100% British malt provides a clean base for American and German hops whose floral, fruitiness builds and builds on the palate for a hoppy finish. Windswept - Grisette 3.5% A delicious thirst quenching Belgium style beer with light floral aromas and smooth citrus flavours. FB Patterson

6 Perth Rugby - Eagles Ale 3.8% BEERS Citrus and spicy go hand in glove with fruity pears and currants in the mouth. The finish is silky smooth yet eminently thirst-quenching. Inveralmond - Edinburgh Pale Ale 3.8% EPA is packed with Munich malt, to complement this we have added a mountain of hops which impart huge fresh citrus, grassy aromas and flavours. It finishes vibrant, citrusy and beautifully balanced. Inveralmond - Ossian 4.1% A pale golden coloured brew with a full bodied fruity flavour, distinct nutty tones and a hoppy, zesty orange aroma. Inveralmond - Lia Fail 4.7% A pale golden coloured brew with a dark, robust, full bodied beer with a deep malty taste, smooth texture and hoppy aroma. The beer is rich with a well-balanced and satisfying sweetness with chocolate notes. orange aroma Inveralmond - Daracha 5.2% Brewed with amber malts and roast barley to give a dry, malty base beer with a beautiful ruby red colour. We whisky oak matured the beer to impart flavours and aromas of toffee, vanilla and tobacco. Finishes with a unique, mellow, oak-malt character. Inveralmond - ThaiPA 5.2% A tropical IPA enlivened with the use of diced fresh chillies and split lemongrass for an exotic and refreshing summer beer. Innis & Gunn - Innis & Gunn Lager 4.6% Made in small batches with Naked Golden Oats and great Scottish pride and exuberance, which give it its full flavour and very smooth finish. Cairn o Mohr CIDER Vintage Cider 5.0% Perthshire apples - 100% fermented apple juice with nothing added. Medium Sweet Meadowsweet Cider 5.0% A light and fresh cider with top notes of meadowsweet and a deep apple base. Mixed Fruit Cider 4.5% Vintage Cider blended with Strawberry and Raspberry wines and a little elderflower cordial to give us a medium sweet and light punch based drink. King Jimmy s Cider 5.0% Highly limited edition - apples picked on King James VI Golf Course on Moncrieff Island.
