4 Our Venue The Trolley Room Your Rehearsal Dinner celebration includes exclusive access to our event spaces - The Trolley Room and Courtyard - available 7-days a week. We are able to accommodate seated dinners and stationed receptions with equal finesse. We also offer flexible event design to accommodate your party size and budget. For example, you can host a seated dinner for your family and bridal party and then invite the out-of-town guests to join you for a cocktail reception with late night snacks in the Courtyard following the dinner. With beautiful indoor and outdoor settings for your dinner or cocktail reception, Cannon Green can accommodate events year round, rain or shine. Our flexible options take weather worries out of the equation. The Trolley Room is our signature event venue. This 3,000 squarefoot, column-free space features the original king trusses, reflects the warehouse s original architecture, and evokes an urban-infused charm of times past. The historic and inviting atmosphere coupled with modern features, such as year-round climate control, white oak wood floors, ambient lighting, a Sonos sound system and established locations for sound stages comprise the thoughtful touches necessary for executing today s flawless events. The Courtyard The Courtyard adjoins the Trolley Room and includes a tranquil garden with reflecting pools and rows of statuesque palmettos. Begin your evening with an alfresco cocktail hour in the Courtyard which offers options for food display stations, portable bars, evocative landscape lighting, bistro string lights, candlelit lanterns, and a Sonos sound system. A beautiful clear-top tent can be installed in the Courtyard for an additional fee. * 66" round tables, Chiavari chairs, linens, china, flatware, glassware, custom wood bars, and setup fees are included. 7

8 Our Cuisine Cannon Green s culinary approach embraces the freshness and bounty of each season. This locally-sourced approach is not only a sustainable and healthy way to prepare food, it keeps our artisanal kitchen team, led by Executive Chef Amalia Scatena, inspired. Chef Scatena was classically trained in Italy and incorporates refined Mediterranean techniques with Lowcountry ingredients to create memorable, artful dishes. All of Cannon Green s pastas and breads are crafted in house, and our produce and seafood come from our partnerships with local farmers, fishermen and producers, as part of our commitment to the local food movement and our celebration of all that is seasonal and fresh. 14
