2 Enjoy the Endless Possibilities It s all about a casual feel with our Down Home Barbecue. Your guests will revel in all the personal touches that it will add to your day. The reception is perfect set in the middle of an apple orchard or even your own property. We have put together this sample menu, however anything can be customized to fit your tastes. While we do not typically do cookie-cutter menus we know planning can be overwhelming and find that it makes a great starting point for our clients. The Down Home Tuscan When guests first arrive for your ceremony they will be greeted with our house made lemonade touched with a subtle hint of limoncello. Upon entering the reception, guests will begin their meal with a stationary bistro table and butler passed hors d'oeuvres to include, but not limited to: Our Tuscan Bistro Roasted Bean and Rosemary Dip with Grilled Pita Triangles Fresh Seasonal Fruit and Vegetables with House made Dill Dip Imported Italian Cheeses Garnished with Fresh Grapes Butler Passed on Garnished Serving Pieces Saffron & Chorizo Arancini (Italian Risotto Balls) Pistachio Dusted Watermelon Cubes Drizzled with Balsamic Glaze Mini White Cheddar Biscuits Filled with Pancetta and Jalapeno Jelly Shrimp Wrapped with Prosciutto and Served with Roasted Garlic Aioli

3 The main course will be displayed as a buffet adorned with baskets and wooden bowls. Crisp white plates will offset on the linen tablecloths. Our tabletop EVO Grill will host the meat selection. The Down Home Tuscan Buffet Mediterranean Salad: Crumbled feta cheese, cucumbers, basil, tomato, pepperoncini, and olives finished with an oregano vinaigrette Sicilian Chicken: Boneless breast of chicken grilled and finished with an olive tapenade salsa Summer Penne: Penne pasta topped with artichokes, lemon, fresh herbs and roasted tomato Grilled Salmon: Grilled salmon filets finished with basil chimichurri sauce Caprese Platter: Fresh seasonal tomato, fresh mozzarella, and basil topped with our own balsamic glaze Rice Pilaf: Our take on the traditional dish, house made pilaf with sweet cherry tomatoes, basil and pinenuts Grilled Seasonal Vegetables: topped with basil oil and a dollop of ricotta Crusty Bread with our own Herb Butter Coffee Service The price for this menu is based on a confirmed count of at least 100 guests. $40.00 per person plus 20% catering fee and NYS Sales Tax Starting Price This package does not include bar service please see our bar packages below.
