1 Presentation Must Italia is an industrial coffee roaster and beverage production company that supplies international clients with: - Private Blend & Brand Coffee service - Exclusive distributorship of our coffee brand Dolce Vizio Caffè - Latin Lover energy drink ( A) COFFEE AREA This unique service is made up of 4 simple steps: Step 1) BLEND PERSONALIZATION: The client receives from us different types of blends which cover different targets in terms of quality and price. The client tastes each quality and decides which one matches better his specific market. After that we are ready to proceed making all the adaptations needed by the client in order to personalize the blend to his taste. Step 2) BLEND REGISTRATION: Once fixed the blend, under the client's request, we can send the blend to the Italian Chamber of Commerce for an official analysis: the result of which will be sent to the customer. In this way the client will be able to verify each time that the quality of coffee respects the agreed characteristics. Step 3) BRAND AND ARTWORK: The client can settle his own brand with the assistance of our graphic department (if needed). The brand will be of his own exclusive property and MUST ITALIA will not be allowed to deal for any reason with the client s brand. All costs for the creation of the brand and packaging will be paid by - 1 -

2 the client. MUST Italia will fill the packaging with the blend personalized by the client at the client s request. We can provide different packaging standards: - 1kg bag of coffee beans - 250g ground coffee tin - American style coffee 1kg bag - coffee pods If the client at the beginning doesn t want to proceed with a 1kg bag personalization, we can supply the client with a Silver bag and apply on it a sticker with logo (that must be provided by the client). STEP 4) COFFEE EQUIPMENT AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL: Due to our strong connections and partnerships with the leading Italian espresso coffee machines, cups and gadget producers, we can guarantee to our clients very competitive prices. Top Gourmet Blend Made out of the finest Arabica coffees, with a precious touch of Asiatic washed Robusta, this blend is ideal for the espresso professionals. It is sweet and refined, due to the attentive selection of the raw materials and to the medium-to-intense roasting level, and reveals its perfect balance between refinement and body. The colour of the cream is light brown with reflections tending to ginger and mahogany alternated to lighter streaks that together create uniform stripes. The persistence of the cream is excellent, the cream texture is very fine and the consistency is medium/elevated. The aroma is intense and pleasing with a taste of chocolate, fruit and blossom that emerge from the aromatic taste of baked bread

Fontana di Trevi Blend Made out of the finest Arabica and washed Robusta coffees, is really ideal for the espresso professionals searching for sweetness and body at the same time. The body is richer than the 90/10 version, due to the precious Asiatic Robusta. The roasting level is medium-to-intense. The colour of the cream is light brown with reflections tending to mahogany alternated to lighter streaks that together create uniform stripes. The persistence of the cream is good, the cream texture is fine and the consistency is elevated (about 3 mm.). The aroma is intense and pleasing with a taste of chocolate and fruit, on the basis of baked bread. Piazza di Spagna Blend Made out of the finest Arabica and the best washed Robusta coffees, it s the one of the best blends for the espresso masters. The body is very full, due to the best Asiatic Robusta available on the green coffee market. The roasting level is medium-to-intense. The colour of the cream is light brown, with light stripes together with mahogany shadings. The persistence is good, the consistency is particularly abundant. The aroma is rich and refined, with a scent of chocolate and blossom which melts with the typical odour of freshly baked bread
