Mat Pilates A core class that increases strength which helps develop total body conditioning, along with lengthening the muscles creating a long lean look. H2O Water aerobics that keeps your activity level high. No impact! 50/50 Whether you are a beginner or a fitness buff this class is for all levels! It is 50% strength training and 50% calisthenics. Cycle Bring outdoor cycling indoors for an intense non-impact cardio workout. High-energy! HIIT Tone your muscles and burn fat! This high-energy class includes strength training and intervals of cardio. Total Body Conditioning (TBC) Use bars, bands, b a l l s, w e i g h t s, e t c. to tone and strenghten your body! Ultra ABS A 30 minute class focusing on sculpting and strengthening your abs to give you a strong core. ZUMBA A great cardio and strength training workout doing exciting Latin, Swing, and International dance moves. The kids are out from school, and you are busy having fun in the sun. A great way to fit in your workout is with our half hour fitness classes. We offer Ultra Abs classes 4 times a week: Tuesdays at 5:30pm, Wednesdays at 9am, Thursdays at 5:30pm, & Fridays at 6:30am. Ultra Abs classes are a great way to focus on developing your core strength and create the sculpted abs you have always wanted. We also offer Kettlebell classes 4 times a week: Mondays at 5:30pm, Tuesdays at 8:30am, Wednesdays at 5:30pm, and Fridays at 7:00am. Kettlebell classes are a great way to burn calories and fat while gaining strength and sculpting your entire body.
