They can submit it via to Laura Jorgensen at laj@uoregon.edu Regulations vary between individual visiting teams, a limited number of tickets can be made available to the visiting team free of charge, administered via a pass list at the north entrance off Franklin Blvd. All tickets provided for visiting team as well as home team for guests will be General Admission seats. 4 Practice Practice times should be coordinated with Jessica Kirby, Volleyball Director of Operations at Locker Room A locker room is available pre-game or post-game and can be made available during practice times. Laundry Laundry is available at the arena, please contact Donovan Rogers, drogers2@uoregon.edu. Please give at least 24 hours notice on any laundry needs. Athletic Medicine The Oregon medical staff will be available two (2) hours prior to game time in the Matthew Knight Arena Treatment Center. A physician will be present or on call during games. Water, basic first aid supplies, and emergency equipment for on court management of traumatic injuries will be supplied. In the case where the EAP is activated, players are to be transported to Peace Health River Bend located at 3333 Riverbend Drive in Springfield (541) The athletic trainer in charge of women s volleyball, Erica Kendrick, will make contact with a member of your sports medicine staff prior to your trip. If any other medical needs arise during your stay in Eugene, please contact Erica. Video Taping Video taping can be done from the visitor s end zone of the arena. Directions to Eugene From the Eugene Airport Approximately 20 minutes Leaving the Airport Take a right onto Northrop Dr. Stay straight to go onto Douglas Dr. Take a left onto Airport Road At the light, turn right onto Highway 99 towards Eugene Take Beltline East exit, heading toward Eugene/Springfield Take the Delta Highway exit Bear to the left when it converts into Take the Coburg Road Exit. Once on Coburg Road, stay in the left lane. Follow Coburg Road over the Ferry Street Bridge headed toward the University of Oregon. After coming off of the bridge, you will be headed east onto Franklin Blvd Follow Franklin Blvd. to Agate St. and the entrance to the University. Take a right onto Agate St. Take a left at the 4-way stop onto East 13th St and Matthew Knight Arena will be on the right.

5 From Portland International Airport Approximately 2 hours Leaving the airport, turn on to NE Airport Way Merge onto south Follow south until merges into 1-5 south (23.8 miles) Proceed on 1-5 south for 94.8 miles Take Eugene exit 194B and follow I-105 for 1.3 miles Exit onto Coburg Road toward downtown Follow Coburg Road over the Ferry Street Bridge headed toward the University of Oregon. We offer boxed meals, pizza, rice bowls or let us know your specific needs and we will do our best to accommodate. The benefits to using us are: -We do not charge any fees including delivery fees. -We have full access to the sporting venue, no need to worry about the delivery driver finding you. -We are onsite at every UO sporting event.
