Turn north and go a little over ½ mile to Albany. Turn right (east) on Albany and go ½ to the school. Enter the school at the West Access Road. Spot the buses in the against the curb facing to the east. Kemal Capra - 8:00 AM Depart St. Louis, MO for 1:30 PM Approximate arrival time in Indianapolis Lunch in Downtown Indianapolis 2:30 PM Meet in the Indiana Convention Center Lobby for Unloading Announcements The Convention Center is directly across the street from the Hotel and can be accessed via Indoor Skybridge Unload Semi Trailer, Instruments, Uniforms and Luggage as directed Band Equipment and Uniforms will be stored in Convention Center Room #136, 235 & 236 Unload Luggage from Charter Buses and prepare for Hotel Room Check In (Note: Buses will not be needed tonight after arrival in Indy with the exception of Bad Weather) 3:30 PM Check in to hotel in Down time in Hotel to Shower & Relax until Dinner Hotel Accommodation: Indianapolis Marriott Downtown 350 West Maryland Street :00 PM Dinner at hotel Butternut Squash Soup w/mini Ravioli Tortellini s Baby Button Mushrooms Roasted Corn topped with Baked Parmesan Crumbles Marinated Citrus Chicken Breasts w/jus accompanied by Seven Grain Rice Pilaf Green Beans Spaghetti Squash.
