3 CHARTER INCLUSIONS Our fleet of small vessels offers no-fuss venues for unique events on the water. Each of our boats is equipped with basic accommodations, with the option to either bring your own refreshments and entertainment, or partner with multiple vendors. Either way, your event comes with an unforgettable waterfront YOUR CHARTER FEES INCLUDE* EXCLUSIVITY Enjoy private use of the entire boat for the duration of your event. 6 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS WHEN/WHERE IS BOARDING & DOCKING? Boarding begins 15 minutes prior to the start of your charter. Our home dock is The Alexandria City Marina. However, you have the option to board at any of these locations (some at an additional cost): Diamond Teague $150 docking fee, plus $1.50 per person Mount Vernon Estate $250 docking fee National Harbor Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center WHEN CAN WE LOAD IN & SET UP? You may get on the boat one hour prior to the start of your charter and begin setting up. If you worry that this is not enough time, we recommend staging your items on the dock next to the boat so that you can quickly transfer them on board. CAN WE HANG ANY BANNERS OR SIGNAGE ON THE BOAT? If you have a large banner with your logo or event information on it, our crew can hang it on the outside railing of the second-level deck. The same goes for any holiday lights or exterior decorations. You will just need to let your event coordinator know ahead of time. IS THERE A/V EQUIPMENT ON BOARD? Your charter includes the use of a wireless microphone for announcements or speeches, but you will need to hire an outside vendor or provide your own equipment if you plan to have a slide show, video or other media presentation. WHAT IF WE ARE ARRIVING VIA MOTOR COACH? You will need to provide us with your transportation vendor s name and contact info so we can apply for parking permit(s) in one of our designated spaces or lots during your event. Please note that there are no other lots available in Old Town for motor coaches to park in without getting ticketed, so it is imperative that we can contact them within enough time to get the appropriate permit. WHAT IS YOUR WEATHER & CANCELLATION POLICY? We operate rain or shine, barring emergency conditions. In 30+ years, there have only been two instances where we have not been able to operate our vessels. Each of our small vessels is also either equipped with transparent zip-covers, or has at least one fully enclosed deck, so weather is not usually a deterrent to fun!
