1 HC TILBURG HERE WE COME 2019 (2) March, 5th 2019 Dear friends, We are proud to celebrate together with you all the 4th anniversary of our tournament and hope that you have a splendid and unforgettable stay with the HC Tilburg. Therefore, certain matters are needing some more detailed explanation. We like to point out to the captains that it is required to discuss the contents of these explanations with all their players so that they are fully aware of same. As a supplement of the tournament program on Friday April 26th you are kindly requested to read: P.M. Captains and umpires meeting in the clubhouse P.M. Welcome and Opening P.M. Start of the matches You will find a copy of the House Rules of the HC TILBURG in our ISVT-program guide and these will also be available at the Captains meeting. We take it without any doubt that everyone will follow same in a gentlemen s and sporty mind. The handed out water bottles can only being refilled at the special water taps along the hockey pitches and in the showers in the changing rooms. Please do not refill in the toilet rooms. Apart from your normal national or club shirts are for obvious reasons, shirts in contrasting colors being required. Moreover in view of the distinction between two teams and the fact that our umpires outfit is canary yellow We ask you kindly to recognize these facts. The teamcolours will be mentioned in the matchschedule. Picture of the teamshirt: If you have not sent us a picture of your teamshirt yet, please sen dus this as soon as possible. We will implement it in the software that will show the matchschedule, matchresults and standings on the screens in our clubhouse.

Match schedule A temporary match schedule is now being made and will be published mid-march) on our website The registration for the Lunch, Italian Buffet, and/or Dinner Dance has to be made before the 1 st of April. Please find attached the Food Order Form. At the same form your choice for a Vegetarian dinner can be ordered. You are kindly requested to transfer the amount due also before the 1 st of April, so that late comers willing to take part would be running a chance to find the place fully booked. KINGS DAY 2019 On April 27th Kings Day will be celebrated in the Netherlands. This KINGS DAY or Queens Day - when a Queen is on the throne - was celebrated for the first time back in Then called Princess Day because the later Queen Wilhelmina had not reached her full age yet. So for many years this 31st of August was the day when the Dutch people dressed themselves in orange and houses and streets were decorated in orange and the national colours. Dancing in the streets became very popular. These days King Willem-Alexander, Queen Máxima and their three Princesses: Amalia, Alexia and Ariane visit together a city in the Netherlands. The lunches, Oriental buffet & Dinner dance are prepared with great care and consists of natural products. We invite you to have a look on these premises at Menus and bites The indicated prices permits everyone to avoid nasty chocks in the bill! Welcoming RECEPTION: The ISVT Organization committee is indeed very happy to offer you a first service of tea, coffee with a typical Dutch Tidbit. The staff at our bar and kitchen are at your service during the ISVT Tournament. They are all very inspired and at the ready to offer you their best quality of food and beverage. Lunchboxes Price pro box (content for 15 pers.) 80,00 This lavish lunch box contains a variety of rolls and a generous choice of sliced cold meats, cheese and a pick of fresh fruit and vegetables snacks, milk and orange juice. We kindly invite you to serve oneself.

4 The Italian Buffet - Price 15,00 p.p. on Friday (Various pastas, Bolognaise sauce, Chicken/Pesto sauce, sauce Frutto di mare, Lasagne, Caprese salad, green salad, bread and spreads) A suitable musical setting will be provided by musical entertainer Gino Politi and DJ Kaïs. Orange Dinner Dance- Price 32,50 p.p. on Saturday This festive dinner will be a very friendly and social affair consisting of a luxury 3-course dinner including tablewater and bread and butter. First Course - Bonbon of marinated Salmon Main Course - Suprême of guinea fowl served with a sauce of spring onions, warm season vegetables and a truffle potato gratin Dessert - Home made white choclate mousse with Grand Marnier Drinks are excluded and can be bought at the Bar

5 Dresscode: it would be a great tribute to the festivities if you could add an orange touch to your party outfit. It will undoubtly be a tasty and festive dinner enjoying the typical Tilburgian way of life! The Ladies of 4 Fun-Amersfoort (Andrew Sisters repertoire and Disco& Soul/Pop Music) together with the New Manhattan Big Band will invite you all to sing and with no doubt, hit the floor.

6 Prices Prices of various items are indicated at the Bar( beers, wine, alc. free drinks and tidbits and bites). Coins: These coins are obtainable at the coindesk and will be 2,10 each. It is good to know that the Clubhouse does accept Credit and Debit Cards. Transport information Transport information: following some extra information for all our hockeyfriends from abroad.
