2 Rental & Accommodations First Tee Ceremony 1500 With breathtaking views of the San Joaquin River, wedding ceremonies on the first tee can accommodate up to 350 guests. Ceremony includes 45 minute rehearsal 1-2 days prior to your ceremony date, dependent upon availability. Ceremony Chairs Changing Room for Bride Basic Necessities (i.e. arch, columns, runner, table, etc. Decorations not included.) The Bride and her bridal party may arrive up to 2 hours before the ceremony to dress and take pictures. If more time is required, each additional hour is $125. Food & Beverage Minimum This amount must be spent on either food or beverages only, and does not include taxes, service charges, or rental and set-up fees. Parties that do not meet this minimum with food or beverage will be charged for the unused portion of the minimum. Room Restriction In order to respect our member s privacy, guests of any private function are restricted to the room(s) and area(s) specifically reserved for their function and may not wander throughout the club s facilities. Guests will not be permitted in areas designated Members Only. Billing All billing will be completed prior to your date unless prior arrangements have been made. Payment is due 14 days prior to your wedding. Failure to pay within the allotted time will result in additional late charges of $125. Cancellation Policy All deposits made will be nonrefundable or made at the discretion of the Food and Beverage Manager & Event Coordinator. Any function cancelled less than 2 months prior to the date will be billed for 50% of the parties estimated revenue. Reimbursements, if any, will be at the discretion of Stockton Golf & Country Club.
