2 Nestled in the natural bushland setting of this iconic Australian sanctuary, the Brolga room is the perfect backdrop for your next event, newly renovated with classic stonewalls and expansive lush lawns this function space that can host up to 200 guests. Our menus are inspired by the Yarra Valley, the two and three course menus can be plated individually or as a Harvest Table which allows family and friends to share platters & dishes of food served in the middle of the table. To get your guests mingling entrees can be served as finger food, or start with canapés and then be seated for entrée & main with a roaming dessert or a fabulous dessert table! WEDDING CEREMONIES The lush green lawns and native bushland setting of the brolga room make a beautiful backdrop to exchange your vows. Ceremony fee $500 Includes guest chairs, signing table, and professional coordination of your ceremony. We recommend your ceremony be held 90 minutes prior to your event package commencing. DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY All events require a deposit - amount to be advised by the events team. All cancellations must be received in writing. Events canceled at least 90 days prior will receive full refund of deposit. Events cancelled between 30 days & 90 days prior will receive 50% refund. Events cancelled within 30 days - full deposit is withheld.
