2 the brolga room at healesville sanctuary Nestled in the natural bushland setting of this iconic Australian Sanctuary, the Brolga Room is the perfect backdrop for your next event. Newly renovated, with classic stone walls and expansive, lush lawns, this function space can hold up to 200 guests. Our menus are inspired by the Yarra Valley, and we pride ourselves on fresh, seasonal produce. Our menus can be served alternately to your guests, or Shared Table, which allows family and friends to serve themselves from the middle of the table. We recommend you select one of our beverage packages for your event. However if you would prefer, we would be happy to organise a tab with all beverages charged on consumption basis, or guests are welcome to purchase their own. Teens are priced as adults for cocktail receptions. deposit & cancellation policy all events require a minimum of $500 deposit. all cancellations must be received in writing. cakeage - finger slices on platters cake - as dessert with berries & cream available with 2 course packages only $1 pp $5 pp events cancelled over 90 days from event date will received a full refund. events cancelled between 90 and 30 days prior to event date will receive a 50% refund of initial deposit paid. events cancelled within 30 days will receive nil refund. working guests meals $30 pp i.e. photographers, band, etc. one course only.
