5 Everything began in 2013 along the Via Emilia, the ancient Roman road which opened up the vast agricultural areas of northern Italy to the rest of the world and that now represents the beating heart of the most authentic Italian artisanal food creation. Thanks to our experience in the food industry and our dedicated and qualified team, we develop and distribute hand-made Italian gourmet frozen Entrees, hand-stretched wood fired frozen Pizza, hand-crafted authentic Gelato, and superior quality frozen Vegetables. Our mission is to honor our past by producing the finest Italian food, selecting superior raw materials, establishing and maintaining relationships with our customers, and keeping our traditional values high. 5

We offer the following logistics services: Full container load (fcl) - Mixed Product Selection Consolidated shipments This option enables you to choose from our many different products and receive a mixed container directly from our warehouse in Modena. This option provides high flexibility and a MOQ of one (1) full pallet of product. Less than Truck Load (LTL) VMI Thanks to our partnership with Americold we have more than 150 warehouses enabling us to provide full inventory management. Our VMI programs allow you to receive any volume of product you need, from individual pallets to truckloads on time, just in time, every time a surefire way to cut costs, improve services, and drive better profitability.

The styles and base recipes include natural, organic, stone-baked, whole-meal wheat flour, spelt flour, whole-spelt flour and kamut flour. The facility produces more than 300 products and processes more than 30,000 tons per year. We invested in a modern production system, which includes six lines dedicated to grilled vegetables and two product assembly lines.
