1 Amici Di Toni History Brief History Welcome to Amici Di Toni, established in 1997 by restaurant owner and Executive Chef Singh. Singh has been working in the hospitality industry and producing quality dishes for over the last 25 years as an Executive chef; having worked in Sydney s top restaurants before deciding ing to follow his dream of opening up his own establishment. This award-winning winning restaurant offers classic Italian cuisine with modern influences and has been awarded Best Restaurant on the northern beaches. Amici s is relaxed, sophisticated and prides itself on delivering exceptional excellence in service and a memorable experience to its customers.
