10 Commonly Asked Questions Time limit for all events is 5 hours unless otherwise indicated. Wedding pricing includes full setup and breakdown of tables, linens and chairs. No outside food or beverage of any kind may be brought in with the exception of wedding cakes. Minimum expenditures may apply to Saturday events. Final guaranteed guest counts and payment will be due 10 days prior to event. Applicable sales tax and a 20% service fee will be added to all food and beverage items. You and your vendors may arrive 3 hours prior to your contracted start time. Additional hours are available for a fee. All décor and wedding items may be delivered the day before your event as arranged with the coordinator and Toiyabe staff. Included in your wedding package is a complimentary tasting for two. Additional tastings may be added for $30 per person plus tax and gratuity. Tastings are available as scheduled with the coordinator or Food and Beverage Director, based on availability Wednesday through Sunday. We have limited space for refrigeration and cannot provide storage for cake/ flowers. We are also not responsible for any damage to the cake while at our facility. Vendor meals are available at a discounted rate please inquire with the coordinator. You can access the men's and women's semi private locker rooms three hours prior to your event start time. We ask that you clean up and store your belongings before the start of the ceremony as the locker rooms are not private space/storage for wedding parties. A $1,000 deposit is required to reserve your date.
