We have event spaces that can be privately booked, from 20 people, up to 150. To help us organise your next function, please provide some details below and we ll get in touch as soon as we can. 9 GENERAL INFORMATION (please read) Thanks for contacting Mr P.P. s Deli and Rooftop about your next function. Please read through our terms and conditions below and make sure you are aware of your responsibilities when hiring our space for your private event. Please fill out, sign the contract and pay the required deposit to secure your event date and time. BEVERAGES For private events, drinks can be charged on a per head basis or on consumption. For a consumption based tab, we require a minimum spend of $20 per person and a credit card behind the bar. You can choose options from our events beverages list. CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT Your booking will be completed when our terms and conditions have been read and signed by the person or persons responsible for the function or event. To confirm, please fill out the form below and return to Mr P.P. s with a $ deposit. The minimum spend amount that has been agreed to must be paid in full, 14 days before your function. Final numbers must also be confirmed. Any additional persons added after this date must be paid for in full before the commencement of the event. Failure to inform us of additional numbers will require additional charges at conclusion of your function. Credit card details must be provided at a minimum of 24 hours prior to the event. The paid minimum spend requirement will mean that you have a pre-paid amount on your account. This is subtracted from your final account on the evening, a remaining amount is charged to the provided credit card at the closing of the event. EVENT HOURS Lunch: 12pm to 4.00pm (drinks cease at 3:30, guests depart by 4:10pm) Dinner: 6:00pm to 11:45pm (drinks cease at 11:30pm, guests depart by 12am) FINAL GUEST NUMBERS The final number of guests (the number for which you will be charged) is required 14 days prior to your function. DAMAGE & INSURANCES You are responsible for your behaviour and will be held financially accountable for any damage sustained to Mr P.P. s furniture, fit out, equipment or any other property during the event. We assume no responsibility for any loss of or damage to yours or your guest s personal property preceding, throughout, or post your function. CONDUCT We want you to have fun but we do not abide any rowdy or uncontrolled conduct. Please be aware there are other patrons dining within the vicinity of the function room. Mr P.P. s have the right to eject any patron from the venue who we believe is not acting in a suitable fashion or obeying our restaurants policy. 43 NERANG ST. SOUTHPORT. (07)

10 GENERAL INFORMATION (please read) YOUR OWN DECORATIONS, ALTERATIONS, CAKE AND GIFTS Decorations, cake, gifts and any equipment you have brought into the space must be taken away at the conclusion of your function. We require you to ensure that any suppliers you have contracted pick up all items at the close of your function. If the contractors or suppliers are unable to return on the day, it is your responsibility to make alternative arrangements to have items removed on the day. LIQUOR LICENSING Mr P.P. s is licensed to have guests on the premises until midnight only. SOUND SYSTEM Mr P.P. s is equipped with a sound system. You are more than welcome to bring along a laptop or ipod to play music during your function. CANCELLATION OF BOOKING Mr P.P. s must be informed either by mail or of a cancellation no less than 14 days prior to the event date. Deposits will be non-refundable in the occurrence of you cancelling your event. Failure to inform us of cancellation within this time will result in a 50% charge of the original confirmed function price. Final guest numbers must be provided to Mr P.P. s management 7 days prior to the function date. You will be charged for the number of confirmed guests you have provided us with. Refunds will not be issued for parties who do not show up on the day of the event. LIABILITY You agree not to hold Mr P.P. s PTY LTD or its staff members responsible for the loss of, or damage to the property of guests prior to, during, or after the function. You are responsible for the behaviour of your guests and we do not accept responsibility for any injury caused by one guest to another. LIQUOR Mr P.P. s is a fully licensed establishment from 10am to 12 midnight. No alcohol will be served before or after this time under any circumstances. Mr P.P. s does not offer B.Y.O. Mr P.P. s management and employees will at all times be bound to state liquor licensing laws and the responsible service of alcohol act.
