Location and parking The Village Functions at Rookwood is located on Memorial Drive and has ample parking adjacent to the reception venues. Audio visual requirements We have audio visual facilities available in both of our rooms. Amber and Topaz Room Condolence Room One and Two Nestled within the tranquil grounds of Rookwood, Village Functions at Rookwood is a modern purpose-built building offering two function rooms - Amber Room and Topaz Room, providing a peaceful setting to celebrate the life of a loved one. Both rooms boast large windows that fill the space with natural light, making them ideal for daytime events. Capacity: 60 seated 120 cocktail style plus shared access to a spacious courtyards Audio visual: Monitors, microphone, speakers Service fee: $300 per room - includes cost of wait staff Duration: 1.5 hours $100 for each additional half hour Sapphire Room The Sapphire Room is the Amber Room and Topaz Room combined Capacity: 120 seated 300 cocktail style plus exclusive access to the courtyard Audio visual: Monitors, microphone, speakers Service fee: $500 - includes cost of wait staff Duration: 1.5 hours $150 for each additional half hour
