The expected number will act as the final guarantee number if the guarantee number is not received. Staff charge and Tax All food and beverage prices are subject to a 25% Staff charge for Food, beverage and rental and 25% AV Personnel Charge for AV. and applicable taxes. Shipping If shipping materials to the hotel, please do not send packages more than three (3)days prior to your event. Include the company/group name and date of meeting on the outside of all packages. Shipping and receiving charges may be applied.
