7 Private Event Beverage Program Wheelhouse offers a comprehensive beverage program to compliment any occasion. From creative craft cocktails, artisan beers and unique wines, our beverages pair perfectly with our cuisine. Full Bar this option allows your guests to have access to our full selection of spirits, cocktails, beer and wine. Our full beverage menu will be present at your event. Limited Bar this option offers your guests a selection of your choosing of our cocktails, beer and wine. We will print a customized menu stating these selections for your event. Cash Bar this option allows your guests to have access to our full selection of spirits, cocktials, beer and wine, but each guest is fiscally responsible for their own bar tabs. Wine Service If you d like to limit your beverage offering to just wine at your reception and during your meal, this option is for you. You will work with our expert staff to select wine which will perfectly compliment the dishes you choose for your event. Wine is charged by the bottle, as it is opened. You re allowed to cork any open wine that isn t consumed and take it home with you. Champagne Service This is the perfect way to celebrate any occasion! Whether you re celebrating an intimate occasion and celebrating with a chef s table for two or partaking in a chef s table with a large group of guests, we guarantee it will be a culinary excursion to remember! Chef s tables are multi-course dinners thoughtfully paired with cocktails, spirits, beer and/or wine. Our talented team works closely with you to develop a menu to fit your occasion. Chef s tables require a month s notice and are not available during peak business times, including event nights and most weekends. Please inquire with our private event manager for more information. At Wheelhouse, Chef Andrew focuses on treating food and products with respect, while using the proper technique to execute.
